I went in early today to get my Mrs bracelet fixed , the owner (didn’t catch his name) , talked me through what needed to be done and I was able to pick up after I finished work. Very nice gentleman , trustworthy and very reasonable . Would 100% recommend this to any city workers looking to Buy or use the repair service . Very good

My brother and I bought two silver bracelets from City of London Jewellers and we are very pleased with the assistance we received from Peter. We went back a couple of times and he was happy to have us try on the bracelets to help us decide if we liked them or not.

We got each one sized, and my brothers fit well however my one was slightly too big. There was a slight mix up in the measurements written down but Peter was kind enough to adjust the size for free on this occasion and I was very pleased with the final result.

One of the wedding rings had some flaws to fix and I was lucky enough to find City of London Jewellers. From the moment I opened the shop door, I felt like Harry Potter when he bought his first wand.
Peter made the ring look amazing and now we need some sunglasses to look at it. City of London Jewellers is the best you can find both in terms of quality / price and customer service.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Peter made me a stunning three stone diamond ring on a platinum band. I took my Mum’s engagement ring and my own. Peter then sourced a third stone to match and made the most beautiful ring. Wonderful service from a true craftsman, and one of the only remaining independent Jewellers in the city. Thrilled with my new ring.

So good. Loved this place - came in with two rings for resizing and they were done in a week! They look so shiny and polished and fit me perfectly. He also took the time to make sure I chose the right size before deciding to send it off.

Peter was so helpful. I needed a signet ring and for it to be engraved very quickly for my daughters 21st. We did everything by email and Peter was superb with his communications. I didn’t even have to visit the store. Peter arranged everything and then sent it by secure post ahead of schedule. I cannot recommend this company enough. They care about their customers.

I was looking for a very special gold locket to house a picture of my son who has recently passed away. The locket I have purchased from Peter at City of London Jewellers is beautiful - just what I was looking for. Extremely quick and efficient service, especially as I was slightly concerned at making such a purchase online. However, the locket is exactly as described and of lovely quality.

I first came to this jeweller last year, to have a loose stone fitted back into a ring. The service was really good and price fair, so I recommended the place to a friend, who had several very sentimental rings in need of repair. The service again was brilliant. I collected the rings within the stated time frame, repaired just as promised, looking good as new, and for the price originally quoted. Will certainly return to Peter for any other jewellery fixes. I visited on the basis of Google reviews, and I'm so glad I did! This tiny gem (pun intended) in the centre of London is perfect if you are in need of any jewellery expertise! I needed a new silver chain for my Mum and ended up getting one for myself too! Don't hesitate to pop in.

Excellent service and excellent results! I took in my grandmother’s tarnished and dirty ring hoping to get it cleaned up a bit. The results exceeded my expectations, Peter hand-polished the ring and it looks incredible! He also did it really quickly, I gave the ring in on Friday night and it was ready by Monday midday. I would definitely recommend this store for repairs/maintenance of jewellery.
