My fiancé and I wanted to design our engagement ring together and came across Taylor & Hart. Emily our ring consultant was fantastic.

Our in-person appointment felt very thorough as we were given the time to try on various styles. She truly understood the style we were aiming for and made the whole process seamless.

Regarding the design process, Emily was patient and attentive to our tweaks and requests, ensuring that every detail was perfect. She found us a stunning diamond and really accommodated our requests for the custom sapphire side stones.

We couldn’t be happier with the final result. We’ll definitely be returning to Taylor & Hart for our wedding bands. Highly recommend!

Absolutely thrilled with my engagement ring! After being massively let down by another big jeweller I looked high and low for a reputable jeweller for my replacement engagement ring. Taylor hart provided an awesome experience to find the perfect engagement and wedding ring. Florencia Lopez da Silva, my consultant, was amazing from the start. She was super patient when working with me to design exactly what I wanted. Timings were in line with expectations and the overall delivery of the rings and workmanship was super professional! I was initially a bit nervous about the whole wedding ring process, but Flor and team made it enjoyable. I’d highly recommend them.

Fantastic service throughout with T&H, particularly from Emily J but also the wider team. It felt completely right after the first meet / visit to the showroom. The engagement ring was designed from scratch seamlessly, with the help of viewing different diamonds & cuts in person. I was so pleased with the result, we even went back to design our wedding rings, which were turned around within a tight timescale. Would definitely recommend T&H!

Taylor & Hart was a serendipitous find for me whilst looking for an engagement ring, not only did one of their settings appeal perfectly to me (Eve), but boasted additional features such as signature stone and engraving ability of personal handwriting samples too. The selection of diamonds was vast and so my particular tastes were well met. Also important in a purchase as particular and significant as this is of course client experience, I was assigned Michelle as a consultant whose personable and expert manner and knowledge gave me reassurance, confidence and clarity in what has the potential to be a baffling and uncertain endeavour. Many thanks to Taylor & Hart and also Michelle particularly for their scrupulousness in my case, the ring has arrived and is extremely beautiful.

Cannot recommend Taylor & Hart enough. I went to visit them in London after having fallen in love with their rings on Instagram. I was helped by Janaya who was great, very patient and if they are on commission you will never know as they do not push for a sale. Instead they show you what you like and are open to bringing in anything you want to see, nothing is too much hard work. Janaya was open and transparent and contacted me after my visit with all the details we discussed ready if I were to want to proceed (even amended a few bits a few times). I ordered a wedding ring and engagement ring and they kept me updated via the entire process. The rings were delivered the very day they promised and WOW I’m obsessed with the quality and the style. I’ve had SO many compliments on my engagement ring, and I cannot get over it. Taylor & Hart are amazing, really fantastic and the experience I was looking for. Can’t wait to go back for my annual clean and buff, thanks so much!

Got my custom wedding ring from Taylor and Hart and it is just incredible. I didn't get my engagement ring from them, and this was no problem at all. Lisa was my consultant and she was amazing. Was easy to organise appointments with, explained the whole process clearly and patiently when I forgot and had to ask again! They were able to create a modification of one of their existing rings to match the profile of my engagement ring and the end result it just perfect. The design team came up with some great modifications when I gave my feedback on the first iterations of design. The ring came beautifully packaged, it was so exciting opening it! All in all, the customer service and quality of ring have been brilliant.
Can't wait to wear it all the time now!!
