I couldn’t be happier with the excellent service I received from Pedro. He was friendly and extremely helpful in assisting me to choose from the various engraving options remotely, without me needing to go into the store. In addition, the pen with personalised engraving was ready even sooner than I’d hoped and well within the timeline of when I needed to pick it up to present to my friend as a special gift.

My pen had lost its top and silver clip - I managed to retrieve the clip, however needed a new top. Pedro was excellent - taking my pen, calling me later that day to advise it had been fixed and waiving the cost when I collected it as the store had experienced system issues when I called the previous day. An all round excellent experience.

Received such an amazing and exceptional quality service. You really get what you pay for when wanting to invest in luxury items. The staff were very welcoming and extremely knowledgable talking me through the pens and the other products. The boutique has such an amazing atmosphere and i would most definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a Montblanc item to visit the Royal Exchange boutique. You will not be disappointed!

All my life I've had and I'm using Montblanc fountain pen, and all accessories. I love perfumes as well. They are powerful and give me that mind value, that I need it to bust my confidence in my knowledge. And I have and I'm growing in, ha ha ha
