Guys & St Thomas Hospital is a great trust that offered my son amazing treatment at PICU, Evelina and support needed as a family even when they didn't know that I was a member of staff. Massive thank you to all Cons, Docs , Nurses, non clinical staff for your assistance, diligence, dedication, support, commitment to patients treatment journey. Quite phenomenal !!!!!

St. Thomas Hospital's maternity unit provided exemplary person-centred care. The midwife and consultant displayed professionalism and compassion throughout. They listened to my concerns, ensuring decisions aligned with my preferences. Grateful for their dedication and highly recommend their maternity services.

I was in A&E 10/09/2023 and later was admitted to Acute Ward and then moved to Nightingale ward.
Every single member of staff in this hospital (doctors, nurses, midwife’s, people from admin and support services) were very professional, caring, kind, attentive and supportive.
I am so grateful for each one of them for looking after me and helping me to feel better.

Such a calm environment, team works there so well together making the day look so smooth but we all know how demanding this job really is.

As someone whose wife received treatment (including major operations) from three London hospitals , Guys and St Thomas’s was by far the best of the three. Thoroughly professional and with staff who were kind and compassionate. Special mention to the thoracic surgeon John Pilling who was just brilliant with my wife , patiently listening to and answering her questions and concerns and clearly enjoyed explaining the procedure and processes involved. If ever someone was born to be a doctor and a surgeon it is Mr Pilling. A superb surgeon and someone who inspires confidence and trust in his patients. I will always be grateful to him and his team.

"I visited the Accident & Emergency (A&E) department on Wednesday, 13/12/2023, in the late afternoon due to extremely severe abdominal pain and vomiting. I received an excellent quality of care at all levels. I was treated with respect and dignity, and all staff members demonstrated kindness and a professional, humane approach. Following the diagnosis, I was accommodated in the Northumberland Ward. Early the next morning, I underwent appendectomy surgery at STH Main Theatres- North Wing without any complications.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the A&E, Northumberland Ward care staff, and the Surgery team at STH Main Theatres- North Wing. I truly appreciate your hard work! You made my Christmas very special, instilling hope and faith in the goodness of people. Wishing you all the best Christmas ever!"

This is a great hospital. The staff were attentive, caring, kind and professional and all did their jobs brilliantly. The waiting time was the quickest I think I’ve ever had and the staff made sure this was efficient whilst also ensuring I was looked after. Would highly recommend this hospital for their professional and quality service.

I recently visited St Thomas Hospital's Emergency Department in London and received exceptional care. The staff was professional, compassionate, and efficient. The waiting time was minimal, and the medical team was attentive and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well-equipped. I highly recommend St Thomas Hospital for their excellent healthcare services.

The dental team here are absolutely incredible! I had 2 wisdom teeth removed after an emergency 111 appointment here back in November 2022, I then had to have the other two removed just 5 months later. Both times they were absolutely fantastic from the moment I arrived. I was so scared both times but they put me at ease. The first procedure was 45 mins and the second time I was out after 20 minutes in the chair. I can’t believe how fast it took. Recovery was even better the second time thanks to my amazing surgeon who stitched the gum after the extraction. Cannot recommend or thank the dentist department enough. After being in pain for what felt like years with these teeth, my life has just got so much better now I am pain free. Thanks a million guys.

I've been to A&E during the night time with lots of pain. I received great treatment to this hospital. The staff is professional with friendly attitude.
I had a laparoscopic appendix removal surgery. I was impressed how small are the cuts after the surgery. Thank you, Mark George and to your great team!

Amazing staff! I waited outside A&E when I needed the Urgent Treatment Centre (inside A&E). However, my waiting time quickly came to a close when a nice nurse came outside—in the rain—to ask what the nature of mine and everyone else’s visit was. I was immediately taken through to the UTC to be greeted by very welcoming and efficient staff. The doctor I saw then and there was fantastic (I can’t remember his name, a man with glasses, black hair, and a grey top.). Really efficient service, thank you.

I had the best possible experience during the appointments with Professor Stephen Till in allergy clinic and dr Richard Woolf in dermatology clinic. They have been both very attentive and explained everything in detail. Thanks to their professionalism and their help I feel much better with my condition. Thank you!

Great service. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional in a stressful situation. The paramedics that brought me in were extremely friendly and reassuring can’t fault them. I was sent in with a minor head injury was seen by a doctor within an hour.

Again , a I've been treated here before, I can't praise this place enough. I visited
A&E tonight after I fell and cut my head in a shop. I was triaged and within 15 mins I was being seen by a wonderful doctor and having my head glued . I'm so impressed by their efficiency and professional service.

I can't open my mouth fully. But I have pain I went to two clinics. The second clinic told me to go to them. The tooth and nerve were removed, which two clinics could not do. I see them as angels after they saved me from a problem that I did not sleep because of it

I came to the emergency room of St. Thomas Hospital with severe pain and swelling caused by an abscess on my face. Soon after being treated the doctor performed a test and found an infection in the blood. I was transferred to Guy's Hospital to Esther Ward where I had a wonderful treatment by the nurses. They were great caregivers and competent. They checked vital signs all the time, asked me if I was in pain and medicated at the correct times. They were kind and polite, I felt safe and well cared for. One thing that made me dissatisfied was the fact that the doctor who accompanied me did not make the diagnosis and the type of bacteria that hit me very clear, could have commented more on the tests done every day and I would like to know more. to tell my doctors when I go on vacation to my country. Special thanks to the nurses Alice, Happiness and a young woman I believe to be of Filipin origin. The ones I don't remember names were no less important. Guy’s and St. Thomas is really a great hospital referral in London.

Never experienced anyone rude other than other patients some should just be chucked out. Have always been treated with kindness when i have been there the Dr and Nurse i am under at the moment are second to none.

Unfortunately I have been here quite often but EVERYONE has been great. I was there twice this week and both times the staff were lovely. A and E was busy and they had building work going on but the staff took it in their stride. I was dealt with swiftly and with great compassion. I was embarrassed by the attention I received. Thank you all.
