I had invislign with Neil Mason at this clinic, a truly fantastic dentist and person! Very easy to get a long with and is extremely knowledgable. He is always willing to go out of his way to help any problems you have. This reception staff are also fantastic and always willing to try fit you in wherever they can.

Neil Mason is a super dentist! I first went to him several years ago and since then he has worked his magic way around my teeth and taken the required action where necessary to bring my teeth up to scratch. He also has a wealth of contacts around Harley St/Wimpole St for specialist areas of implants or tricky root canals. Neil is first class and I wouldn't dream to going anywhere else. Veey friendly and bubbly too. Reception team are great too and always happy to help. Thank you Neil & team!

Fantastic practice with a wonderful team and excellent service in every regard. I’ve been with Dr Mason and his team for many years now and have always been impressed with the quality, longevity and professionalism of the team’s work. The patient care is simply outstanding and Dr Mason takes time to explain procedures every step of the way. The entire team is warm and friendly and it’s a pleasure to attend appointments.

Neil Mason is my favourite dentist and in my opinion the best in his profession. I started going to Neil in 2016 and was very impressed by his skills and care. He tries his best to preserve the teeth for his patients but is decisive when a treatment or further investigation is needed. I have my trust in him that he will look after me. I don’t want to use any other dentist if I don’t have to. The Cannon Street clinic is a pleasant and friendly place too. The waiting area is fresh and clean and the team is efficient and friendly. The whole experience was great, from booking to immediate claiming. Doctor Ela Tybulewicz was incredible. I have always been afraid of the dentist but she was so good to put me at ease and overcome all my fears.

Neil Mason is incredibly diligent and precise in his treatment and takes the time to explain procedures and answer questions. He was hugely supportive in discussing, arranging and liaising with my orthodontic treatment at Bupa St Mary Axe and subsequent related treatments. Joanne Slack is a great hygienist, always very thorough and happy to offer friendly advice and guidance.

Phil always takes the time to explain the options and helps me make informed decisions about my treatment. He is extremely diligent and importantly the work he has done has lasted the test of time. Most recently he has managed my Invisalign treatment which has been excellent. Highly recommended!

I once had an incident and needed an emergency appointment, called the practice and managed to get a same day emergency appointment with a dentist to avoid the situation getting worse, it was really reassuring in a panic situation like that. I received Invisalign treatment with Neil Mason and cannot recommend him enough! Neil is super professional, friendly, and achieved perfection with my teeth. The process was very smooth and informative. I was given tips on how to maintain healthy teeth throughout my treatment and had constant care from the staff. The clinic itself is super clean, all staff are friendly and very professional!

My first experience at Bupa Cannon Street was to repair a chipped front tooth (which has been failing intermittently over the years) with Neil. This was by far, the best experience in a dentists chair I have ever had. Neil and his nurse were considerate, helpful and empathetic and made me feel comfortable while talking to me.
I have since revisited for a follow up/new patient check up with Neil and a hygienist appointment with Joanne; both of which were completely consistent with my views following my first visit.

I hate those sort of surveys where it asks if you would recommend a product to your friends because no one ever goes around recommending things randomly to their friends; but if anyone ever wants to know what dentist to visit, I am more than happy to recommend Neil and the team at Bupa Cannon Street.

I initially came to this practice for advice on how to improve my smile due to having an impacted canine (with baby tooth hanging on), crooked teeth and a crossbite.
I was soon in the very capable hands of Neil Mason who put together a plan including removing wisdom teeth, arranging orthodontic work to straighten my teeth and correct my crossbite, arranging an implant for my canine and then teeth whitening to complete my new smile.
I found everyone at the practice from reception to dental nurses friendly and professional. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and it was well coordinated between Bupa Cannon Street, my orthodontist & implantologist, leaving me with no stress at all.
I felt confident in all of the specialists that Neil arranged - thank you to Len at the Dental Design Studio who did a perfect colour match with my new implant canine.
I now have a smile that I didn't think would even be possible and the confidence that this has given me has been life changing!

Just wanted to leave a quick review. I have had my dental treatment here with Phil Walberg for the last 4 years. He is excellent and amongst other work has completed 2 superb crowns for me on difficult rear teeth. Both fitted perfectly when inserted and have continued to be great since. I also had no pain or discomfort during all of the work and settling in. The practice is good too with all the staff supporting each other well.

Best dentist I've ever been to, and that's saying something as someone who is terrified of the dentist. Lovely friendly environment, really quick, punctual appointments and cutting edge tools etc and very well located. Karen and Neil are superb at their profession!

Have seen Neil for the past two years at Cannon Street. He is always a superstar, explains planned treatments in a way that I can understand and looks after me. Best dentist I have been to, everyone there is so nice and welcoming, I went several times now for a check up, scaling, and teeth whitening, and the team was always very professional and explained carefully what they are doing.
