Lovely food . Great service. Staff very pleasant and cheerful. Lots of parking. Premier Inn next door and just off of juction 4, M20. So handy for both. Will be back for the carvery, missed out cause they finished serving a 6pm Sunday. But nice choice on menu. Will definitely be back.

Lovely staff at reception, made my 4 day stay pleasant.

Poor/no phone signal on Vodafone which was a bit of a pain.

Booked this PI just for a quiet night away from home and it didn't disappoint. Conveniently located quite near the motorway system but surprisingly quiet. Friendly staff and I enjoyed a Sunday carvery and PI breakfast in the Brewer's Fayre next door, good tasty food. The only downside is that the room was very hot, had to leave the window open and have the fan on all night just to try and keep cool, that's the only reason I've given the room 4 stars. In general the usual PI standard, doesn't disappoint and I would go back again.

Service is good and the menu is OK as well, but we have noticed that the place needs a make over of reevaluate.

The best customer service we've experienced so far on our month long vacation.

Stayed here many times, the hotel is in a really quiet area, despite the M20 being about a mile away you physically can't hear it. There's also a nice little woodland behind where you can go for a walk which I like to, a boozer and a restaurant next door too which is a bonus. All the staff I have interacted with have all been kind, polite and helpful when I've needed some help. Only issue is that with the location there isn't much about, but for a chilled quiet night it's spot on.

Absolutely fantastic for price comfortable beds very clean rooms staff that go above and beyond super friendly... Nice well equipped restaurant/bar next door with a children's clean safe play area where they can play whilst you get 5 minutes to yourself with a cuppa!... Will definitely return as always stayed at travel lodge however this is miles better in every way !!! Thank you guys at premier Inn for a lovely experience 😊

The bedrooms were well equipped, the Brewers Fayre attached to the hotel leaves a lot to be desired! We ate in there on arrival & had a meat sharing platter which was overcooked. The breakfast (which you pay extra for) was awful with rubbery eggs . I thought the cost of our stay was overpriced & would not stay here again. Disappointed.

The staff were extremely friendly and courteous and the room was clean and well maintained. This was our first trip away from home since the covid-19 outbreak and we were made to feel completely safe during our stay here. Both the hotel and the restaurant next door were very much on top of things from a hygiene and sanitation perspective. Great value for money.

A very pleasant stay, staff were welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant next door was nice and so handy. I stayed here whilst visiting family in the area with two of my children, we were given a room with a double bed and two singles (one smaller that the other) which suited us perfectly.

No problems, very clean and comfortable. Extremely busy at breakfast but that was because it was Father's Day. Luckily, we had been advised by a receptionist to book our table. Although one hadn't actually been reserved we managed to get one big enough for our party of five.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are good, with very good water pressure and temperature.
The reception team are friendly and professional. This hotel will now be one of my regular locations for work stays

Perfect stay, unbelievable welcome. Staff decorated the room for our girls 13th birthday, with gifts, roses. They even blew balloons up we provided with helium which was a lovely touch. The room was soo clean, tidy and cant fault anything. The receptionist was so welcoming helpful and pleasent to talk to. Was given more towels on request and extra teas. Can't complain and would recommend to anyone. Well done Alex and the team you made us most welcome. Would love to come back .

Even though we didn’t stay at the hotel as guests, our vehicle took up space in their rear car park while waiting for rescue. The staff saw our plight and did not object at all to us being there.
A BIG THANK YOU to the team behind the Reception for your kindness.
Who says service is dead? It certainly isn’t at this hotel!
