Found a coat I wanted. Good help with fitting.
Sorry I threw away my worn out coat, could have gotten a £50 refund.
Helpful sales people, nice shop in a picturesque area.

I had brought in a beloved jacket that needed a minor repair on one of the studs, and their immediate response was, "We can get that fixed for you."

After a long day at work, this was the best news I could've hoped for, and it brightened my day instantly. Their dedication to ensuring I left satisfied left a lasting impression.

Ive gotten one of my all time favorite jackets from here and its lasted me a good 3 years and counting. If you have some clothing needs that are long lasting, Barbour is the right place

Second day in London I think it’s the first time I see ppl are so nice and smiling! The lady is very helpful. Even I didn’t buy the wax jacket in this shop, because don’t have my size. She helped me to call another shop to ask my size. Luckily they had the last one. So I picked up next day. Thank you very much!

A 15-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station. Lovely, helpful staff.

The shop manager is very friendly and professional - the best staff I've ever met in clothing shops. It was such a comfortable experience which is unusual in shopping. Just thought I have to say something about her.

Le magasin est à taille humaine.
Il y a suffisamment de choix et le rayon dame est fantastique.
La vendeuse Magdalena est très sympathique et nous a donné d'excellents conseils.
Il y a eu une petite erreur sur le reçu mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre très vite grâce à Magdalena. 👍👍👍
Même si j'habite à Paris je reviendrai dans ce magasin avec grand plaisir.
