Had a great experience here after having a bad experience somewhere else. Very friendly felt at ease straight away. I explained what I wanted and I got what I asked for . Totally recommend this place the girls are fab my hair looks great and will definitely be coming back. Thankyou so much to Shell amazing 💓.

OTF are amazing, Laura has done a couple of huge transformations for me, including going from long to short and going pink. She does incredible work every time and always conducts great consultations, really getting to know exactly what you want and listening. I can’t recommend OTF enough!

I never write reviews but i had my first appointment at OTF with Laura yesterday. Lovely salon and felt really welcomed and comfortable, whereas I usually feel awkward as I don’t have my hair done often. Will definitely be back, Laura styled my hair perfectly. Highly recommend.

All my visits to OTF have been enjoyable. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and helpful - it’s like visiting close friends. The salon is spacious, light and comfortable. The very best thing about OTF is the talent of the stylists and their team work. Shel coloured and cut my hair and I love it. Shel is a fantastic stylist, you instantly feel comfortable in her company and can relax whilst she works her magic. She is knowledgeable and very experienced - I always leave happy and look forward to the next visit. Thanks Shel and all at OTF for being so fantastic. Highly recommended 10/10

I visited OTF Hair for the first time today and Lily was my stylist. I have had a lot of problems with my hair lately and it was in a terrible state - Lily has done an amazing job of sorting it out and making it look the best it has ever looked! I am so grateful to her and will definitely be returning. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel really at ease.

Today was my first visit to this salon and what a fantastic experience it was!
Michelle was my stylist and she really listened to what I wanted and I’m so happy with my hair 😊
The other staff were so friendly and I felt like I’d been going there for years!

I was a little nervous about my first hair appointment after lockdown but OTF have everything covered. I felt safe and the salon was so clean. Love my new cut and colour, Laura did exactly what I asked for. Friendly welcoming atmosphere.

I went to OTF for the first time today and had a brilliant balayage done by Laura. Every time I've gone for a balayage over the last few years at other salons I've left disappointed, but I finally got the balayage I've been dreaming of thanks to Laura. I chose OTF as they offer a range of vegan hair colours, and Laura was very careful in ensuring everything she used on my hair was from their vegan range. I'll definitely be returning in future. Thanks Laura and the OTF team!
