Didn’t know what to expect as we just saw this online for a last min. birthday cake, and we were thoroughly pleased. The lemon meringue cake was the BEST cake we’ve ever had. Perfectly tangy and sweet. Incredibly moist. Delivery was perfect.

I placed an order with Family cake company via email as seen the business advertised online and I received a call
call back, unfortunately I was unable to answer so I returned the call and was politly greeted with an employee. After speaking and explaining my requirements. We went over my order as written in first email of enquiry just to confirm things. An order was placed over the phone and was sent a confirmation email.
For my cake shown in the image the outside flavouring was raspberry frosting and inside was layered with lemon similar to a jelly texture and vanilla frosting made with a soft texture similar to eggless.
This cake was so... impressive in taste and in appearance. My guests thought it was not only delicious but looked fantastic.
It arrived for the time requested and the person who delivered it was pleasant.
Thank you the Family Cakes Company for the superb cake. As it was my first ever ordering a cake.
Just to add this was a bespoke flavour but they're more than happy to make a cake whats already advertised on the company website. If unsure of a particular flavour please ask as they are extremly friendly.
This was 8inches and and there were 12 adult guests who each received a slice plus there was about a quarter leftover and what we liked this wasn't too sweet
and flavours balanced well.
Overall happy customer and would order again.

Had 6 cupcakes delivered to my daughter on her birthday - she absolutely loved them! Delivery went very smoothly and communication was great.

Ordered a cake for my partners birthday and very happy with the Black Forest cake we got!! Really fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Customer service was excellent too. Worth the money. The only downside was there is no store front which made picking up the cake a bit tricky (would have it delivered in the future) but other than that 10/10 would recommend and will order again!

An amazing cake! It was for a work event of mine and I was very specific with my request and it was very custom and they interpreted it perfectly! The cake was also delicious and both Carina and the man who delivered the cake were very sweet and helpful,

The cake was absolutely stunning it was brought for my son’s 18 birthday it was so flavourful and moist just a perfect cake delivery was brilliant too i would highly recommend this company for any occasion cake thank you so much the family cake company my son had a great birthday 👍🏻

Amazing service from start to finish.
I ordered a cake for a 57th birthday (having ordered 2 for my partners 50th last October) and once again it was amazing and we were not disappointed especially as we asked for 2 cars to be aded to the top!
The lemon drizzle with meringues was stunning and the taste was superb.
Every one of the guests commented on how great the cake was and it was delivered on time on the day of the party directly to the restaurant.

We are repeat customers of Family Cake Company and come to them for all of the kid's birthdays! They design beautiful, custom cakes, but everything is also so delicious. You would assume that it would all taste too sweet, but they have the perfect balance of flavors.

I requested a very specific cake based on a niche scene in a movie that I watched back when I was a kid.

What can I say - they delivered, right down to the precise designs on the exteriors of the cars. Everyone was delighted.

I ordered a beautiful cake for my daughter’s 1 birthday . I had a rarity of guests and was worried about the taste of cake , however , they did an astounded job . The cake wasn’t too sweet , and was very fluffy .. it was a delicious cake . I was confused on the theme and their team helped me in creativity . They are prompt and easy to talk to . I would highly recommend them !

I was recommended by a friend to get a cake from this company. I was delighted with how everything was handled. I called to ensure there was enough time to make the cake, and the woman on the phone was lovely.

The cake we went for was the "Red Velvet Cake" with cupcakes. It looked great and tasted amazing. The icing amount was perfect, and the cake wasn't dry at all.

I'd happily be going back to them again for my next cake.

Gorgeous and delicious cakes, with absolutely outstanding service. Carina went above and beyond to ensure the cakes looked exactly as requested, updated the delivery info at the last minute, and checked in the day before to confirm everything was in order. Every parent at the party asked where we had gotten the amazing cakes!

I've used the Family Cake Company several times now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Staff are super helpful and communication is great. Cakes are reasonably priced and they can meet any design requirements within your budget. My kids are always thrilled to receive the delicious cakes from here. Especially the Oreo flavour!!

This is the first time we order cake from here but we were very happy with the quality, both of the cake and the service. Communication was extremely efficient and the delivery was punctuated. It will surely be our address for cakes :).

I’ve used the family cake company for many times and now I cannot imagine ordering from another baker their cake is just perfect we ordered different cakes in the past three years and they were all made to perfection

Ordered a cake for 15 for a birthday party. I was able to have the cake customized, the order and delivery process was super smooth. The cake itself was absolutely delicious and we were delighted with it, would highly recommend and we will definitely order again!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I've order the Harry Potter themed cake online from Germany and asked to get it delivered to our hotel as a surprise for my friend.
It all worked out perfectly. Weve got the Biscoff cake with an amazing fluffy vanilla sponge cake. The filling was super yummy. The white chocolate ganache (I'm guessing it) was a little too sweet for our taste but the pink cream was sooo good with the cake combined.
Highly recommend the bakery. Thank you so much for making this a special birthday.
