Good bank to bank with, easy to communicate with customers service

I have best regards that this Bank should be available in Pakistan Country.

Submitted for a mortgage and waited for over a month to hear a reply, requiring multiple extensions of our buying process. They ultimately rejected our mortgage request even though their initial costing indicated we would be fine. Their competitive rates are not something they can deliver on. Avoid.

Very poor service as a corporate client with new card. Card and all documents has been send to wrong address even the application form contained correct address. Would not recommend this bank took ages to contact them over the phone and then I have been put on hold for several times in our conversation and didn't managed to get my address changed as the lady probably doesn't know how to do so.

Would go lower than one star if I could. Avoid Danske Bank if you can. They have messed up my mortgage details which was raised in March 21 and they are still not fixed December 21. Complaints have been made to their complaint department, which advices I'll be in contact within 3days, it has been a month and still no reply.

Not very well mannered.
Don't help at all.
Cut me off mid sentence and had no time for me at all
