if you are expecting professional service then don't even think of visiting this bank. Don't take my word for it. Try calling their 'lost card report' phone number on a Saturday and you might find it ringing just like I did.

I have an account with their Southall branch so I know that they sometimes keep you waiting for an hour and the managers behave just like few other Indian rural banks.

They will make you feel that they are doing you a big favour.

Last but not least, try to see their internet banking interface, even a teenager can make it look more professional banking website.

Very bad attitude from staff….

Crooks. Went to open account. Closed the office early at 5 PM as against 5:45 PM mentioned on Google. Pathetic staff. They need to be trained on basics of customer experience.

This lot don't update experion with your changes so misrepresent your financial situation. In my case leading to daily financial hardship through their laziness and inefficient practices.

They have succeeded in providing the very worst banking experience in the whole of the UK. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
