St Benedict's Church, Paddlesworth

Such a lovely little hidden church, but does give a bit of horror film vibes , seems to get a lot visited but you don't ever see anyone (: , if your in area do recommend to visit

900-year-old Pilgrim church off Paddlesworth Road heading out of Snodland toward Birling Hill

On the Pilgrim's Way below the trees of the North Downs, this 900-year-old building with no church yard sits close to an eighteenth century redbrick farmhouse and its barns. For centuries the pilgrims must have passed the church on their way to the Medway crossing from Snodland to Burham, but in 1678 it was abandoned and for 250 years and is unused for religious purposes. It is made up of two simple rooms - a chancel and nave and it still has the aura of a Norman place of prayer. It’s on a lay line from Dode Church to Kitscoty at Bluebell hill.

Small quirky church that's open to the public.

Reading some reviews I was a bit worried that this little 900 year old Church would be closed but it was open, there is a little note on the door saying that if locked the key can be obtained from the farm, I imagine house but that part of the note was missing.

Tiny Church in tiny hamlet, I don't think it is open to the public all the time but well worth a look and attending a service if you can.

Lovely Church, travelled passed here for years but finally stopped to go in.

Charming small church dating back over 900 years. The building is of a simple design, with no tower and flint walls. Opening times are reported to be 10:00 to 16:00 though the church was locked when I visited.
There was a small information board on the wall, though unfortunately this was partially illegible.

Despite being advertised as being open daily 10-4 it was sadly locked on my visit
