St Michael's Church, East Peckham

A remarkable location to sit, unwind, and take in the breathtaking sunset. A historic church perched atop a hill offers a picturesque view of the charming Village East Peckham. The area is ideal for leisurely strolls, and nearby is a lovely park that provides stunning vistas.

Beautiful little church, with a stunning view at sunset. Covid-19 permitting, you can go in and have a look around at the stained-glass windows, old organ and interesting stone tablets with various inscriptions. I quite often visit to find a little peace, solitude, quiet-time and space for a few prayers...

You're also encouraged to leave a donation in a secure collection box; something that I'm all too happy to do to keep churches like this, of such historical significance and beauty, around for many more years to come.

Amazing church the village has left the church behind because being beside the river was more lucrative so this church has fantastic views massive yews in graveyard and lots off history inside ;())))
