I’m not local to West Malling but had a tyre problem and dropped in on the off chance they could look at it. They were so helpful and friendly and fixed it within thirty minutes. So impressed and so grateful!

First time I’ve used west Malling garage and I’ll definitely be going back if I need any more work done to my van. Rachel at reception kept me updated throughout the day regarding what the issues were with my van and the costs (which were very fair) I dropped my van off at 7:30am using the key drop off box and collect it the same day. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from the Garage team, going through options with them on addressing the engine fault (timing belt issue). after investigation team were able to repair and get me on the road again. Did have a hefty bill to pay but better option than scrapping the car.

I'd like to say 'thank you' on record for help given me by your reception staff when I brought the car in yesterday. It turns out that the noise my wife was concerned about is quite normal and not an issue.
Your reception manager was patient and polite in not only telling me this, but also showing me what causes the noise. To do this at no charge was a surprise and I am very grateful for that.
You've been looking after my Volvo for some years now and always done an efficient job on that so I should not have been surprised, but modern life seems to be a rip-off in so many areas that it's a real feel-good to get this kind of response.
You'll have a Mazda to service as well from now on.

Excellent service and reasonably priced. I have used WM Garage on a few occasions for my MOT. On my most recent visit it transpired my car needed 2 new tires, which WMG were able to obtain and fit for me that day so I was never off the road. Very happy.

MOT on my Qashqai on 12/6/23 - failed on hand brake. My husband fixed the issue, car went back in at 3pm and it passed. Excellent service from start to finish. Very hard to find a trustworthy garage but this garage is. They now have all our family cars (nieces car mot after mine & passed) so thankyou very much.

I have used this garage on a number of occasions recently and the reason I am writing a review is because they are superb!!! The level of service is exactly what I look for when using a car garage. Trust is super important to me and this is a trustworthy garage with a level of service that will ensure I continue using them. Every time I have phoned which has been more recently for: service, parking sensors, Tyres and this week a fuel filter I have been booked in immediately and the problems dealt with and a very good price! If you want a trustworthy garage where you are not up-sold to and where you get excellent customer service. Use this garage!!!!!

Excellent garage, used primarily as they are so local meaning I can drop my car and walk home. However recently they went above and beyond when I returned from holiday to find I had a flat battery caused by the cold weather and length of time my car had been left. Unfortunately my husbands car is electric meaning he couldn’t jump start me, but a quick call to West Malling for advice and an engineer kindly walked to my house (in sub zero temperatures) to jump start me within the hour. Really an exceptional service, for no charge. Really grateful for that, thanks guys.

West Malling Garage have serviced our company vans for a couple of years now and we have always received excellent support from them, would highly recommend.

I booked my car in to get the brakes checked as they didn’t sound quite right. When I took the car in to be checked, the problem didn’t sound as bad but the guys at the garage still kindly checked my car over to make sure there was no issue (which thankfully there was not). It was in and checked within 45 minutes which was brilliant and I just want to say a big thank you to Kahn and the rest of the team for their friendly and dedicated service - you have given me peace of mind and I am very grateful. Called this garage at 4.45pm as I desperately needed to get a headlamp bulb fitted before a long drive. Despite it being nearly closing time they told me to call in. My headlight was quickly fixed my lovely helpful staff even though I'm new to the area and had never used the garage. Exceptional service I would highly recommend them. Thank you guys !

I stopped unannounced by this garage as I was driving to the airport and I lost tyre pressure. I am so glad I stopped there. I didn’t know them and had no appointment. Simon helped me immediately- and I got to the airport and got my flight. He was very professional and it was no trouble I’d highly recommend this garage!! Amazing customer service by West Malling Garage. I called at 9am to book my car in as I believed there was an issue with my brakes. By 9:30am my car was in the garage and the issues had been diagnosed with a clear explanation on the issues and costs. All works agreed and I was able to pick my car up at 5pm the same day all fixed and ready to go! I couldn't recommend this Garage enough, this was my first time using them but from now on they will be my go to. Thank you very much!!

Really friendly and helpful garage. Without calling ahead I popped in with no air conditioning to speak of and a heatwave on the way, I fully expected to get turned away or booked in the following week - by some magic however I was back out fully fixed and ice cool barely over an hour later. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough

Great service from West Malling Garage. The guys helped to adjust the headlights. Came, asked for help and got a solution to my problem without an appointment. 5 minutes of time and my problem is solved! Well done!
