This “Porte” houses one of the nicest carrousels I have seen given it is themed with jungle animals (which I beleive was linked to the zoo next door). My daughter rode on tigers 🐅 monkeys 🐒 ostriches and in a safari car 🛻. Worth checking it out.

Huge parc. Extensive walking & biking trails. Beautiful botanical gardens. Great for a picnic.

Really nice place. A lot of stuff to see, except the public rest rooms. You do not want to go there.

Really nice park. Big, but with bike is easy. They also have zoo.

Its a little expensive buy inside the park but its ok. You can visit the giraffes for free.

Amazing zoo animals botanical gardens

The scenic entrance to an event more scenic park. Definitely find time in your day to come check this place out. You will not regret it. Have a picnic, see the roses or the animals, visit the botanical garden. There is so much to do for free here.

A big Zoo availabe on site(no entry fees required just sanitary pass)

Small pedaling boats available for 2-6 years old available in small piscine.

Beautiful park quite in the center of Lyon.
We only went to it on our third visit to Lyon.
Nicely maintained large park with the possibility of taking a train or kart to see it.
In the middle there is a small nice zoo.
I wish I visited it earlier.
