I went to TOOM with a long list of items I needed to get for a home improvement project I was working on. I expected the shopping to take a long time, especially since I don't speak Deutsch, I am not familiar with the metric system and some of the products are very different in Germany than in the United States. Thankfully I met TOOM employee, Michael Tafel, who not only spoke perfect English, but he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He personally walked me through the entire store to make sure I got everything on my list. He also recommended alternatives when TOOM didn't have the exact size or items that I needed and even ordered the remaining items on my list that were out of stock. He also ensured everything was scheduled to be delivered to my house. I want to thank Mr. Tafel for making my shopping experience at TOOM much easier and for making sure I purchased everything I needed to complete my project. I also want to recognize an apprentice at TOOM named Leon who also went above and beyond to help answer any questions I had. Thank you and please keep up the great customer service! Robert Millmann

Well Home Depot in Germany but much nicer people. We well I love this place. They have everything from keys to plants and bike parts to the kitchen sink. Easy to get to and extremely friendly people. A much if you need home improvement items.

Many of the younger staff and some of the older staff speak English. If they don't, they find someone who does. I have found them to be very helpful in trying to find what I needed. It does have a variety of hardware needs as well as some automotive and bicycle supplies. It has a wonderful garden department.

Friendly Staff, great products for indoor or outdoor renovation or creation with a great selection of tools to get the job done. We were helped by Mr. Mohr, super professional and provided awesome advise.

Much larger than the Landstuhl franchise. I was able to find my product for purchase with ease. Better store layout!
