Like every IKEA store, you can find everything at affordable prices. There is also a restaurant that makes comfortable staying in the store, especially for families.

Very good impression. Everything is clean, there were a few people only (thuesday 3 p.m.) The big diffrence with Ikea France:
1) you can use fresh BIO milk for your cafe, 2) take a free container in order to carry food outside thé restaurant;
3)you can add the marinaded cucumbers to your hot-dog;
4) good choice of tea.

This is a post to support Ikea Kaiserslautern because of the strike. I love this place a lot, great customer policy and customer experience. What is really disappointing is workers on strike for 2 month - if you don't like your job then find another one. As simple as that.

Large, clean IKEA. Their inventory seems pretty well stocked compared to a few other locations I have been to. The big traffic circle to get to it can be a nightmare, but otherwise, no complaints.

Amazed by this nursing space. Very competent staff plus nice restaurant to grab a bite after/before shopping.

Oh my goodness, I love IKEA. This was my first time being there and I didn't realize that they have everything... to include food! I'm definitely thinking about getting a membership because I will be visiting frequently.
The prices are definitely affordable and the quality is great as far as I can tell.

Busy, but that's expected. Overall a good experience.

Brought my three kids here on a hot July weekday with my mother-in-law. We'd only been to IKEA in the US, so were completely surprised by how child-friendly (and parent accomodating!) this place is. First, the outdoor playground, then the indoor movie watching space for kids, and THEN (drumroll) the FREE childcare with ball pits, toys, dollhouses, etc, that my kids were begging to go into. We checked them in and off us adults went shopping (stress free, might I add). They took my cell number to contact us if needed, but there were no issues. After we checked out, we picked the girls up and wen to the cafe, where we got ice cream (and found out we could have gotten a beer! Not in the US!) and sat at the indoor play area with a drawing station, kitchen, etc. What a fantastic experience. In the US we tend to avoid IKEA at all costs as it's not fun with kids, but I could come here weekly and enjoy myself and my kids enjoy themselves. The shopping, of course, was typical of any IKEA facility, with the show area and warehouses, on multiple floors, distributed a little differently than the ones I've been to. Also of note, customer service is accessed through a separate entrance.

This time we felt the store was short of items, but we enjoyed the restaurant. Still trying to get to grips with the disabled toilets. The idea of pushing the button to open the door is great, but getting it to shut caused a problem (especially when in an urgent need!!!) Hopefully will be better next month.

The store is always well organized and has what I'm looking for.. The app also tell me what and where I can find what I need and if it's available in my store.. I love the cute plants they have..

Apart from shopping for household accessories, I went dining at their restaurant. I ordered a rump steak well done, and it came well done and was super tasty!👍
I enjoyed that (us open minded) Americans and Germans sat in the same restaurant and chatted a little. It all seemed so normal,.and it probably was.😊

Very clean and organized. Out of all the IKEA stores I've visited this is by far the best.

Afternoon tea - waffles, cherries and custard; with a cuppa. Then ready to hit the store! We always come away with more than we went in for! Therefore they must be doing something right. Solid, workable furniture. To date we have never had a problem in the Store. Sometimes we don't always get the instructions, but we get there in the end.

IKEA is still as great as I remember it from my childhood. Nostalgia was following me through the showrooms, where I used to play house as a kid. In IKEA you get what you pay for, which is fair enough. Haven't tried the food yet, but I just might on the next visit.

I really like this IKEA store. You can find almost everything you need when it comes to living or decorating. Most of the staff is really friendly and service oriented and help to find a solution for you!! Also if you have return I haven’t experienced any issue, just bring some time with you if you go on a busy day like the weekend. I recommend going during the week tho. I just ordered my bed over this website. I just wish they would have more stuff available for click and collect.

All in all it’s a good experience and I like to shop there. Also don’t forget to get your free coffee or hot Chocolate if you have your family card :D

I love this place. My kids always have a blast! Waiting to process my VAT form doesn't take as long either. Good experience overall. Food is good too.

Great store!! Love going there for a great price on anything I need for my home.

Always come here for one thing, and walk out with 3 other things. Most of the staff speaks English, and the ones who dont, quickly find you a staffer who does. Accept VAT forms, which is great for their more expensive items. Clean, beautiful room displays, and the food is a good enough reason to stop in. Only drawback is: most of the employees only really know about their own department. Not a big deal, personally, because they do know almost everything about their own department.

Lovely place for inspiration and to buy affordable and modern furniture. The employees are always kind and friendly. The prices are not the same worldwide and items on the US site sometimes are 50% cheaper. The restaurant is also nice and serves delicious food. Meatballs with ours is my favorite.
