Standard quality of Saturn. Great variety, new models, helpful staff!

Lovely place to shop in Kaiserslautern, Germany . So much variety of electronic products to choose from. Prices are okay but all depends on your pocket and what you need and can afford. Good thing is that some of the staff are bilingual, so if you can't speak German to ask for assistance you should worry less. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about what they sell and provide options based on your budget. There is a small section for kiddies'.toys and souvenirs.
The store is large and the parking facility is adequate. Nearby are other large shops for sports and other goods so there is a lovely shopping experience for all.

After attempts of trying to establish an esim account for cell phone service in Germany, I've come to the conclusion to NEVER go to a PRIVATELY OWNED business like Comm Shop or Vodafone in Landstuhl. The workers/owners seem to be working on a commission basis and prone to dishonesty.

A friend referred me to Saturn by Ikea. After my nightmare with Vodafone Landstuhl, I went there with low expectations. I was surprised that not only was the worker Mr Price knowledgeable with the products and services of all types of cell phones, they also have the best deals and provide quality service.

Mr. Price (young guy with afro) took the time to download and set up my phone with an esim and I was able to use my phone within minutes! The best thing is he found a promotion specific to my needs, and Ill be paying €9.99 for 15 GB (I only use 4GB) per month until I PCS next year!

Thank you Mr Price. Mr Price deserves a raise and/or promotion for excellent service, knowledge, and finding me the best deal. I will refer him to everyone!!!

We just got both our microwave and Ninja XL here, the sales person was extremely helpful and made us feel at ease right away! Btw, they don't work on commissions either 😉

PRO: Lots of varied electronics in stock. Prices are not bad either. Quick and efficient checkout. Food truck outside too.
CON: None.
RECOMMENDATION: If looking for a specific electronic item, this is the most likely place to have it.

I've only been to this store twice but both times customer service was excellent and the staff helped me find what I needed. Using the VAT form was easy and I didn't feel like I was bothering anyone by requesting to use it either. If I bought more electronics I would use this store more often!

Great selection of anything and everything electronic. I bought quite a few things from here and have no complaints. I bought a soundbar this week and ended up not liking the quality, so I returned for a better one. Was a hassle-free return and an easy upgrade with help from their techs. Thumbs up!

Plus, professional help with any questions about the items I wish to buy. Much better experience than shopping online hands down! Support real jobs with real people ❤

Got in, ask for Printers...the staff super friendly, he walked us right to it. Another staff member gave us the correct Paper and at check out the lady said we accept the VAT form....hubby ran to the car got one and total saving 40€....how awesome! Thank you Saturn. ♥
