Went in for a new dryer and found the experience (go figure) actually charming. Easy in and out and delivery was timely. I am not sure if the staff speak English or not, but they are very friendly and resourceful.

Ms. Kratz. delivered excellent customer service when I purchased my couch of €1499.00 in cash. She was great and really helped me made a nice choice.

Great place to find discounted houseware. From stair treads to wallpaper they carry quality products at an affordable price. I usually do the main and lower level however, they carry flooring, furniture, kitchens cabinets and more.

If you're interested in cheap furniture, this is the place. Huge selection of couches, beds, tables, and chairs. The employees are patient and friendly. This place has three floors of loads of stuff to choose from and I got my couch here. We love it.

Some products aren't the greatest quality but they're also very reasonably priced. The staff has always been very helpful when there was an offer online that would have a totally different price in store. They have a big variety of products for every taste. I always enjoy coming here

Cheapest furniture in Germany hands down.

This is a great place to buy inexpensive decor and must have for your home such as vacuums and kitchenware. They also sell furniture for very affordable prices.

I had to drive an hour to get my Infinity QX 50 serviced. The service techs very very nice and they spoke English. I very happy with there customer service!

As cheap as Ikea and better quality in my opinion. We've dropped almost 500€ decorating the house and love every piece

Got a spice rack here but was damaged. Thankfully they replaced it at no charge but still love the variety of home goods they sell here

I speak english, today I found out that not all employees at POCO speak english. I walked around for an hour trying to "blend in," which was mostly me doing a lap around each floor and then acting like I knew what I was doing while looking at beds for 20 minutes. After my exchange with an employee, I can only hope I am actually getting a bed delivered, and that I did not just donate my Ameri-dollars to the German Economy. Rating this experience 6/5 stars, would do again.
