Best service ever! The staffs are very friendly and helpful, and very polite and nice to customers. Giovanni fixed my laptop just for several minutes , I am so happy that my laptop works again. Thanks a lot!

6 hours waiting time for the 29€ battery replacement on an iPhone SE is quite a long time. But something went wrong and they got us a brand new one, so I cannot complain in any way. Although there were so many customers the staff is friendly and seems to be organized pretty well.

I have just moved to Germany and was having some huge issues with my iPhone not wanting to work with the German SIM card. Apple support on the phone kept telling me to contact my us provider which isn't a cheap call coming from Germany. Then my service provider sent me back to apple. This happened for 3 weeks. I was sent into the store and what the people on the phone said could be done couldn't. It be done, these guys in the store worked with me for 3 hours in rush hour timing and didn't let me leave without a working phone both us and German. I could not be more greatfull for the time they spent and the dedication to solve my issue. I would highly recommend this store

Very quick and satisfying service.

It was a graphic issue with my MACBOOK PRO (15-INCH, LATE 2011). For that reason, I went to their GENIUS BAR without any prior appointment. So, it took a little bit time to find out the time slot to talk to their engineer. After that, they checked my MacBook Pro and informed that they could repair it within 3-5 days without any cost under QUALITY PROGRAM (E1).

And most surprisingly I got a call from them on the next working day to collect it. So, It means around 2 days to repair it.

Very quick. I have an issue with my screen. They take the laptop and after two days , i got an e-mail that the computer is ready.

The stuff there are friendly and allcan talk in German and English.

My phone got wet and fried in Scotland a month ago and I got a replacement Iphone 6s but I was locked out of my account because of the new two step authentification process. I had been attempting to fix this for about 3 weeks and was getting nowhere and had even chatted with two apple support people online who were no help. I called this store and they talked me through it for 30 minutes and helped me solve the problem. Thanks!
