Despite of the few bad reviews, I do understand about their opinion on the male colleague's grumpy/negative/sigh behaviour but he has patience . I bought davidoff signature no.2 this month january 24 and Vegafina few months ago in 2023 and comparing to other cigar shops in Cologne, here is best of the worst. So I will be going to this shop next time I go to Cologne.

Very good tobacco shop. They had a good selection of pipes on sale last time I went there and lots of good pipe tobaccos. I was looking for a new pipe so I didn't even look at the cigars but they have quite a big selection of them as well. Not sure about the prices though.

Friendly service with a good selection. I was just shopping for whiskys but will make a return trip for some cigars soon.

Whenever i visit cologne this is the place i go to get my cigars and tobacco. I never leave disappointed so that should say enough :)

Sehr gut sortiertes Tabak und Spirituosen Geschäft.
Auch die Beratung war beispielhaft. Ich habe durch die gute Beratung sehr gut einkaufen können.
Wenn ich wieder in Köln bin komme ich sicher wieder.

Sehr netter Besitzer. Nun 2 mal dort gewesen. Wurde beide Male sehr gut und freundlich beraten. Man hat sich Zeit genommen und auch gute Tipps gegeben. Chef hört gut zu und gibt dann Empfehlungen. Bisher war ich sehr zufrieden. Es wird auch nicht versucht nur teure Zigarren an den Mann zu bringen. Mal schauen wie es weiter geht :-). Bisher Vielen Dank.

Ich war am 01.06.2023 zum erstenmal im Geschäft. Mir ist direkt aufgefallen, daß es im Ladenlokal sehr aufgeräumt und übersichtlich ist. Es gibt hier eine sehr große Auswahl an Tabaks, Zigarren, Pfeifen und hochwertige Spirituosen. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mir dort ein Tabak von Kohlhase & Kopp gekauft.

Vom Abschneider über Feuerzeuge bis zur Zigarre, eine tolle und große Auswahl auch an hochwertigen Produkten.
Der sehr nette Herr mit den kurzen grauen Haaren hat mich überaus zuvorkommend, freundlich und kompetent beraten.
Man hat sich richtig Zeit für mich genommen.
Meine Rauchwaren und Spirituosen (auch Bestellungen sind möglich) werde ich nur noch dort kaufen und wünsche jedem Einzelhändler derartig tolle Mitarbeiter zu haben.
