Die fachlich gute Firma hat unseren Verwalter in einer wichtigen Sache über 4 Monate hinweg wiederholt Erledigungszusagen gemacht, diese aber trotz mehrfacher Anfragen dann doch nicht erfuellt. Die heutige Begründung für dieses unzuverlässige Verhalten: "Wir haben Besseres zu tun, suchen Sie sich eine andere Firma, die das macht."
Sehr schade, denn dass hätte die Firma auch schon vor 4 Monaten in seriöser Weise kommunizieren koennen.
