Sabor de Mexican Restaurant

I never knew this place was here! It's located on what feels like a deserted road that I'd never driven down, but don't sleep on this place. Really nice interior, great food, and friendly staff!

It is the best Mexican restaurant that I have tried so far in and around Kaiserslautern. The food is decent and quantity is also good. Friendly staff and quick service. I have been there many times and they have never disappointed me.
I wish they have a bit more variety for Vegetarians. I would definitely recommend this place.

Better than Cantina Mexicana and has excellent seating. It’s the best in Germany in my opinion! The service is superior to their rivals as well. Very kind and you don’t seem to be a problem to their patient staff. If you want something just approach the staff! The food was also amazing. Excellent and fair prices as well! We loved the fajitas and drinks. Also the refried ice cream and churros for desert. A larger basket of chips may have been better but it’s not bad and it was great tasting! The salsa was also very delicious! Most patrons may prefer smaller quantities of chips! The restaurant interior is well themed and festive. So was the music and it gives the mood of a Mexican restaurant that knows what it is doing. They really serve the tastes of the local customers (Germans and American) and seem to care about making money which is a win for them and for hungry patrons! Something that their rivals have forgotten. Sabor de Mexico really has that taste of Mexico that people crave! Muy bien!

Great food and amazing staff. Food was served promptly and the combination gave many options to try! Dessert was warm and Delicious and a great way to end your evening meal!

Quite a bit of amazing Mexican food. Better one in town we have found. Great flavors and friendly staff. Clean restaurant with cold bier and good margaritas

They showed out today, the food was great. I had tacos, we got wings, another had a burrito, and another had a chimichanga. All were very fresh and delicious. The strawberry lemonade was perfect. Customer service was quick and efficient. I'll be back!

im gonna start off by saying im a military kid, so ive traveled to a lot of different places and have had a lot of different food.

this is the best food i have ever had in germany, and definitely not the top 5 meals ive had in my life. i got the shrimp quesadilla, and the shrimp is so so juicy and flavourful!! the tortilla is really delicious and has a great texture. the guacamole i put on it had a really intense flavor of cilantro, which i personally LOVE. i would absolutely recommend this place for your next meal. ill probably be visiting here a lot in the future.

Very pleasant experience and great food

Loved this place! Went based on recommendations and ordered the steak quesadilla. Steak was super tender and toppings were fresh. I'll go back for sure and add pics to this review!

This right here is a hidden gem. Makes very strong. Margaritas probably the best in town that you can go to a restaurant and turn up before going out to the nightlife in Germany in the Kaiserslautern area. And the chicken. The food is well cooked and seasoned, unlike a lot of the other Mexican restaurants.

I loved this restaurant. The ambiance was perfect, classic spanish music in the background perfect lighting. The customer service is top notch. I was worried they would not have any vegan option but who can go wrong with rice ,beans, guacamole pico and soft tortillas....Food was prepared and served very quickly. We has a full course meal,drinks and dessert for a very reasonable price (under 30€). They accept Visa and Master card which was a plus for us. Certainly worth every penny. ❤😁😁👌🏿👌🏿

Very Nice mexican restaurant with friendly staff .very good prices(payed around 60€ for 3people /3courses) and super tasty foods .
Its a little hidden so very calm & inviting .
