LAKE HOTEL

Very top place. Each room has lakeside view patio, complete with hanging swinging chair. Big Room, very nice and friendly owners. They did our huge laundry, just for voluntary tip! Solid breakfast. And they have three very nice inhouse parrots as well.

The outside view right as you come out of your room is astonishing. The rooms are small, but comfy. King size beds. Nice bathrooms. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Good location. The only issue I have encountered was the steep entrance to the location which can make manual rental cars hard to get across with.

We just went to the restaurant (La Alondra) with a group of six and had a great meal with three kinds of wood fire pizza, ceviche, a special kind of mint lemonade, house bread, and "chili water" (a cocktail made with local liquor and hot chili's). It was a great experience and we were glad to have stopped in!

Staying at the Arenal Volcano Hotel was by far the best place we stayed in all of Costa Rica. It was clean, well lit, very comfortable, had good WiFi, hot water, excellent food and exemplary customer service. We mostly spoke with a man named Milton and he was the most gracious of hosts. He and his family speak wonderful English and are very pleasant to talk to and will help you with planning your day trips as well. There are so many good things I can say about this hotel, but I would run out of room. Ah! Speaking of rooms, they have great rates for the high and low seasons-just one more reason to love Arenal Volcano Hotel.

We had an excellent stay. Edwin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit. The rooms were clean and up to a fine standard. The restaurant on the property had great food with very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend a stay here. 5 star hospitality.

Amazing view and an incredible service. The owner is the perfect host and will treat you as a member of his own family. I fully recommend this hotel. When ever you visit Arenal volcano make sure to stay at this incredible, romantic and peaceful place... You won't regret it !!!!!!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food served in the restaurant is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and quiet.

Eine der bisher besten Unterküfte in Costa Rica die wir auf unserer Rundreise hatten! Da merkt man einfach, dass nicht nur die Lage und Ausstattung der Zimmer wichtig sind, sondern eben auch ein guter Gastgeber den Aufenthalt abrundet. Milton und sein kleines Team sind super aufmerksam, geben die besten Tipps für Unternehmungen und sind immer gut gelaunt! Ein perfekter Aufenthalt mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Natur und den See. Die Zimmer sind super gemütlich. 2 Nächte sins hier zu wenig :)

Fabuloso. Tanto para turistas nacionales como extranjeros. Muy Económico. Hermoso y muy tranquilo. Flora, fauna y vistas espectaculares. Para venir con la familia o amigos o en pareja. La atención al cliente es espectacular. Regresaremos siempre que podamos. A sólo 30min de la fortuna de san Carlos. Hay cabalgatas. Tour al lago. Mil cosas por hacer.

Şehre biraz uzak. Hatta google in verdiginden cok daha da uzun sürüyor . Tek serit ve epey virajlı yollar. Gerçi Costa Rica da yol diye bir kavram olmadığından ne desem boş. Neden hep jeep ve suv kiralanıyor diyordum? Gidince anladım 😀😀 Otel gayet hoş, manzarası muhteşem. Gölün dibinde. Bir bar restaurant var ama herseyden ikiser üçer tane var. Mesela 4 cola, 3 sişe su, 3 bira, 2 fanta. Bitince bitiyor 😀😀 yarına artik 😂

Un lugar para descansar, con una hermosa vista. Y el trato de los encargados del Hotel fue muy lindo. Disfrutamos el paseo.
