Nice place. Great staff. Decent location. A little far from the old city, but still a walkable distance. The complimentary breakfast was also super nice.

I have to admit staff was friendly everything was very good only issue they need more staff members at speak English there was only two otherwise it was in a good location close to everything it was worth it

If you are looking for a location near it all, this is the place to be! It was located right across the street from a busy local beach with plenty of taxis, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff made us feel very safe, and we were always greeted with smiles from Javier! Please give me the contact information to provide more reviews of this great Hilton hotel!

Hotel and facilities are in great condition. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is nice with nice views. Breakfast was awesome.

Long overdue review. We stayed here in Dec, and tho I wasn’t thrilled with breakfast, everything else was great. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and wifi was fast. What I really wanted to write about was that I left my money belt in the room here (with my passport and some cash inside)— I hid it somewhere and forgot about it when we left to go to stay somewhere in the Rosario islands. We had to call from the hotel at the island for them to look for it where I hid it and then keep it til we get back, which they did. Cash was still in there. Really thankful that I got everything back! Other than that, we also had to do some work during our one week stay and they had tables/chairs next to front desk that I used as my workspace since we can’t be in calls at the same time in one room. Recommend this hotel, overall!!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with one singular employee. The rest of the staff went above and beyond to remediate the situation. Beautiful views and very nice hotel. Highly recommend

Great hotel!!! Richard at the front desk was very helpful, nice and professional. And i believe his name was Jorge or Jose the door security was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and gave me great tips on what to do and avoid at the beach. Very clean and modern hotel. Lobby located on the 16 floor with included continental breakfast which makes great views. Rooftop pool so I couldn't ask for more!

It's a very good hotel for a short trip or stay. Food (breakfast) includes several and good options, but there is a limited snack food for other meals, as it does not have a restaurant service (which is part of the Hampton style in all their sites). Rooms are comfy, internet and desk inside the rooms are adequate for work, and bathroom, shower, etc, are nice.

This one is “Okay”. Being a Hilton honors member I tend to stay at a lot of Hampton Inn because they’re usually more affordable than the Hiltons.
There are many pros to this location
- Great Location definitely very safe and just across the street from the beach.
- Nice rooftop Pool, it’s not very big but it does the work.
- Decent Gym not a lot of options in there just the basics.
- Great Service & Even better Staff (Ana at the front desk is awesome, also the pool guy).
- Rooms are comfortable & Clean

Now during COVID I felt really safe being there. Overall I don’t have much to complain about this one, I think they could’ve done a better job with breakfast and also let the pool stay open a bit later.

The one thing I really didn’t like is not having a restaurant nor any food to purchase at the hotel. IF YOU NEED ANY FOOD YOU HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE. That’s just disappointing. Not even cold foods.

Location excellent, hotel clean and modern, wonderful bed. Great water pressure in shower although the fixed head/temperature lever is a bit annoying. Helpful staff. Continental (ish) breakfast buffet is disappointing, and cramped getting food when there are lots of people, but it didn't spoil my stay. I will be happy to return.

This place was everything you could want in a beach city getaway. The rooftop pool was absolutely lovely, the location was extremely convenient, and I have to give special recognition to Richard at the front desk who made us feel like true VIP's throughout our entire stay. I'm absolutely coming back the next time I visit Cartagena.

Good location on bocagrande near the beaches. Short taxi to walled city and getsemani. Hotel is newer and staff is friendly. As always they have breakfast for everyone at Hampton inn. Good selection with eggs and sausages, fresh fruits and breads. Two different fresh fruit juices and coffee available too. There is a gym and rooftop pool too.

Personal attention and kindness with a smile every day ,
the breakfast in the lounge is excellent .
Mrs Ana at the Front Desk is Definitely 5 Stars.
