This hotel service was top notch from the time we arrived until the time that we left. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating and
quickly addressed any question we had. It was clean, cool and the food at Maki Bar and the Sky Club was very good. If I had to provide a request for improvement, they need nicer, soft towels. They were rough!

Totally Beautiful Hotel. Make sure you visit Sky 51 the Rooftop in the hotel for drinks and dancing it's totally Awesome . A very classy place and the view is spectacular. The workers join in on the Congo line giving out party favor. I had an awesome night. Thank you 😊

The hotel is fantastic, the view and location is one of the best. All the staff is ready to help you and make sure you have a good time. I want to make a special mention of the pool life guard Luis Alberto and Midreth the concierge who went beyond their duties to assist us.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful people, beautiful food and beautiful service. Everything was great, can't wait to go back. Breakfast buffet was superb and food service supervisor was in top of everything, great waiters always ready to pick up plates and never leave your coffee cup empty. Pool is great, clean and just fun. Location was great for us in Boca Grande, about 20 minute walk to historical city or short taxi ride, about 15,000 pesos. So many neighborhoods in this city that it is another cool area to discover.

I would stay there again. Stayed for a week. Breakfast is very good. Sushi restaurant is also very good. Roof top bar is pretty cool and has live performances often. Views from the room are quite beautiful. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Price is reasonable. Staff is very attentive. Location isn’t bad. You can walk to most places if you are ready to sweat. Pool are is very enjoyable, especially when the sun is setting. Gym has everything you need to get a good workout. Laundry service is nice, but a bit on the expensive side.

Everything was 10/10 I was helped by Elias to check in and he was so nice. Definitely recommend to anyone always super clean. Only thing my room main lights didn’t work idk what that’s about but no biggie the desk lights did me good. I like they have inside latch lock definitely felt safe.

Terrific hotel with a spacious pool area and plenty of chairs & loungers! Rooms are very clean and all feature views of the ocean. I want to compliment Melissa at the Front Desk for her impeccable customer service when I checked-in. I would recommend understanding the elevator system and where the breakfast and amenities are, as it can be a bit confusing (two sets of elevators for different portions of the hotel.) Great location close to the shopping mall!

Rooms have beautiful views, the service is friendly and timely. The elevator setup is pretty wack but I understand why it is the way it is.

Restaurant has the best ceviche I've ever had in my life.

My husband planned a romantic date for us for our wedding anniversary. The room set up for such an event was absolutely beautiful. I was ultimately blown away. From the moment you enter this hotel, you are greeted graciously and welcoming. The staff take their time to accommodate all your needs and address any questions or concerns you might have. The hospitality was absolutely amazing from the prompt service to the cleanliness everything about this hotel makes it worth the stay. We enjoyed the couples spa treatment, which was satisfying and more importantly relaxing. The food was exceptional, unfortunately I only had their breakfast meal but the variety of choices you have for a breakfast meal was completely delicious. The infinity pool is outstanding, from the view to the cleanliness. The have a bar at your disposable and they also provide you with towels. They also have three amazing jacuzzi’s on top of all that. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, I enjoy writing reviews because I certainly do not gate-keep & this hotel has definitely blown me away with their amazing service. I promise you all that you will not regret your stay. Now the best part of this hotel experience is their rooftop bar which is located on their top floor and the views are simply amazing! If you are a guest at the hotel no cover fee will be charged but if you are not a guest a cover fee is charged. The drinks are nicely presented and the taste is also up to par. The DJ definitely makes the atmosphere, get ready to dance and sweat the night away. This Sky bar should definitely be in the top 50 best bar in Latin America.

The room , the service was excellent ,the restaurant from the pool was delicious and fresh. The ceviche was my favorite . I didn't like the food at the main restaurant but everything else was perfect.
The hotel it’s very closed to the centre just 5 to 10 minutes in taxi .

What an amazing place! Our room is humongous, and the balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. It feels like my honeymoon all over again! The staff is very helpful and the prices here are reasonable. I would walk with pesos, though, because most places only accept pesos. Either carry pesos or use your credit card. Also, use Uber, not taxi, because everyone hustles here. But it's safe here during the day.

Spectacular!! From the minute you walk in to the lobby you are impressed just by the beautiful views of the ocean that is all around you. The service is TOP Notch!! I want to thank the night manager Diego and room attendant Juan for their outstanding service. I had an issue with the first room that I was in and they took care of the situation perfectly. I am so grateful for them and the great service at the Hotel Estelar. I stayed in El Centro for the first 3 days of my trip then I moved to Estelar for the remainder of the trip and I'm so glad that I did. YES and YES I will come again!!

Perfect hotel for my birthday stay in Cartagena. We are a group of six and the attentive service, common areas, food, amenities and staff are excellent. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Cartagena. It will not disappoint.

Very nice, clean and quiet. Restaurant serves up great food with an awesome view.

Family trip to here so we stayed in a suite. Room was up to date, beds comfortable, great balcony view of the pool and ocean. They just finished the maintenance and update of their pool today (it was closed until today) but we spent the day in it and it’s a great setup. Would stay here again. Note-the beaches are in the process of being replenished with dredging fill by the government. No idea when they will be done and nothing the hotel can control. You need to head 4-6 blocks away to an open beach. We did that, but the pool is enough.
