Great product, less than professional sales person.

I visited on October 29th 2018 around noon, there was a single guy working the front desk. He had a very weird attitude towards me, even though I speak close to native Spanish he was being disrespectful, answering me in one word answers with a goofy grin on his face. Not professional at all, I guess after he realized a planned on purchasing several products he finally started giving me explanations of what things were. Bottom line this guy’s attitude wasn’t what I expected to find at a Heel store. I have found many Colombian people in service/sales who are exceptional, respectful, kind and accommodating...that to say I think he could easily hire someone better.

Productos excelentes pero el vendedor que me atendió el día 29 de octubre al medio día no me trató con profesionalismo, no entendí porque se estaba riendo de mi y contestándome con una sola palabra a las preguntas que le hacía...súper raro y la verdadera que una falta de respeto. He visto gente en ventas y servio con muchísimo profesionalismo, cortesía y respetuosos ...la verdad q deberían encontrar alguien mejor para representar la marca Heel.
