My partner and I had an incredible stay at Hotel Dann. The staff and service was amazing. Great pool, great gym, amazing food. The passionfruit drinks were out of this world. Thank you Brandon! We will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel for couples and families! Ocean view is excellent! Breakfast is very good! Waking distance to good coffee shops and restaurants! Few minutes drive by taxi to old city! Perfect!

The location is great. Direct access to the beach, friendly staff. Big comfortable rooms. Close to pharmacies, small shops in a good neighborhood.

The Hotel was very good. We stayed in a suite. The room was well decorated, it had a separate sitting area with a modern flat screen TV, mini bar and balcony. The restaurant was very nice and had a good selection of choice, and food was good quality. The Hotel location is OK. It's right on the beach, but is based in the el Laguito area, so outside of the main area which is Boca Grande. There isn't a lot of good choice or bars or restaurants outside on the street. The staff at this hotel were excellent and very friendly. Albert, Jesus and Jose were very nice guys. Overall I would come back to this hotel

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Cartagena so far. Since we first walking you are welcome by the security team, they are very helpful since you step out of the cab with your baggage and personal items. Since we came in early. We were able to leave our baggage in a safe room and enjoy the pool and the beach while our room was ready. The breakfast was amazing, we always were helped by Jesus the server. He was very professional and very helpful. The pool was always cleaned. The beach is amazing and the best part is being able to walk to the beach without going out of the hotel at all. The room was very clean and we got fresh towels daily. We had lunch several times and the food was amazing, the taste and the amount. The check out process was easy and fast. The building was always clean. You can see employees cleaning the entire day. This is an excellent hotel. You won’t regret it.

This is an amazing place to stay. Everything from cleanliness down to customer service was fantastic. Had a great view from the room and the pool was nice and warm. Would definitely stay here again

The staff is wonderful. Generous with their time and joyful in their execution. The food is very good. I loved the banana bread at the breakfast buffet. The chef whipped up delicious eggs. The club sandwich is unique and delicious. The pizza is on the sweet side but edible. The Tres Leches dessert cup is miraculous. The pool is beautiful as is the beach. They are taking excellent precautions in regards to covid; even going so far as to wrap plates in plastic wrap when serving. The bar has a small but dignified selection of liquors and the gentleman who made our Margaritas did a beautiful job.

My partner and I flew down from Miami to Cartagena for the first time. We got the airplane tickets and hotel room from Despegar.com for $887 dollars in total. Checking in the hotel was a breeze, the staff is super friendly and helpful with tips to go to in Cartagena. The hotel room was very clean and the service was fast. The breakfast was included which was great to have a nice meal before leaving the hotel. The hospitality service was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying for the United States or anywhere around the world.

Wow where do I start. I traveled to Columbia for my 26th birthday and this hotel provided top tier service. The doorman, front desk staff and restaurant team were soooooo attentive. It almost felt like a family once you're there for a few days. They knew what I wanted to drink daily lol. The food at the restaurant was ok, but convenient so I cant complain. Pool was warm and VIEWS were AMAZING. I had a king suite facing the beach on the 3rd floor....breathtaking. The one delay I experienced was the balcony door not properly locking. The maintenance team arrived really fast to fix it, but it still didn't lock properly. The manager was willing to offer me the same room on a higher floor but I didn't feel like packing my things up lol. It was a big issue for me because I was solo traveling and needed to feel secure. Anyway, other than that very small issue, I cant complain. I highly recommend this hotel, you wont regret it.

This hotel is affordably priced clean and directly on the beach. It is located minutes from the Walled City and within close proximity to the airport. Staff is professional and courteous. Every service rendered was done with a smile. The food was delicious and plentiful. The drinks were strong.. Try the coconut lime drink with 3 shots of rum you will be pleased. Don't stay at the Hilton save your money and stay at Hotel Dann you will be exceedingly pleased.

Great location by the beach with very friendly staff. Rooms are nice but nothing special. Good breakfast options but the resturant microwaves the lunch and dinner meals.

Truly an outstanding hotel. Our king deluxe room on the 13 th floor facing the ocean withs its breathtaking views. The service staff was a notable group. Each was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. The food was fresh and prepared as requested.. a private entry to the beach with it own staff was a plus. The bar was outstanding in the preparation of the drinks they served. This was a true outstanding vacation experience. I will stay there again on our next visit to Cartagina..

The pool also has a view of the beach.

The room has a balcony, a modern bathroom with a hairdryer, a small refrigerator, and a small safe. No, you don't get a microwave.

Transportation is easy because there are taxis in front of the hotel. Uber is also available.

If you need to buy anything, there's a store (Exito) just across the street. If you need to buy water, snacks, shampoo, or anything else.

Be aware of beach vendors. Their prices are very high and the vendors are very invasive.

Great rooms and clean. Huge apartments and good service. Overpriced food, tho. But the beach is just in front of you.
Be careful with the girls offering massages for free, they say. They might rip you off

Room was great with a nice view of the beach and water. Service was great also. Only gripe happened at the beach but that was not the fault of the hotel. Pushy vendors saying if they don't insist, they don't sell. Typical tourist area stuff. Had a good time

My husband and I stayed here in October 2020, when Colombia finally opened back up again, and we had a fantastic 4 night stay!! They upgraded us to a king size room with a balcony, the breakfast was top-notch (with covid precautions of course, but still so nicely done), the pool was closed back then but looked super clean. We were literally right in front of the beach and had access through the hotel to walk around Boca grande and the beach... all in all it was such a romantic and magical stay in Cartagena. We will absolutely be back soon to this beautiful city!! Nos enamoramos!!!

The staff is EXCELLENT! Super attentive, and friendly, and most spoke English which was great for me because I am still learning Spanish. They anticipated our needs! The room was large and comfortable too.
