Nice variety of food snacks here. Felt it was slightly overpriced though.

Why is it branded as a CNN newsstand when CNN is a network why not have a bunch of tv's inside instead.

This place has almost zero vegan or vegetarian options. I chose a bowl of noodles and tofu that was on a 50% off sale with an expiration date of the same day. So I thought “why not?”. It wasn't expired, so I bought it. I had the unpleasant surprise of eating it and it was really horrible. The noodles seemed completely raw and the tofu was dry, with a hard layer around it. I returned to the place to explain the situation and get my money back. My intention was to exchange it for something else of the same value or pay the difference. The attendant was very helpful, but called the supervisor, who refused to issue a refund. They informed me that I would have to get something that was also on the 50% off sale, but they didn't offer any other vegetarian or vegan bowl options. The money was only refunded after much insistence and wasted time. This is really not correct!

Almost a criminal place - over charges for headphones that won’t work. I bought brookstone headphones out of desperation for a kid of mine for a flight. In the hour between charging them and realizing they were defective, I returned to the store to get a refund - for DEFECTIVE product only an hour after purchase. They refused. Could say why, told me to check the returns policy on the receipt.

To think this is what tourists have to deal with through @yvr. Shut this place down NOW.

Forcing people to use self checkout at an airport convenience store is the pinnacle of corporate greed. Hire more staff! You’re already ripping people off, at least make it convenient!

Extortion like over-pricing. The wrap I had was ok at best, fairly dried out. I'd recommend going somewhere else if your looking for something to eat even if you have to wait long. I will say the till attendant was friendly.

Overpriced garbage electronics. Bought headphones that were not even working for $17 and they wouldn’t exchange or return even though i had just bought them.

I bought something from this store at 8:04 PM on July 20th 2019. Had horrible experience as one of the store staff (Manpreet Kaur) asked for my card for payment but then later asked for cash. I placed my card at the counter and got busy in taking out the cash. Meanwhile she copied my card details and tried many transactions right after. I had a very tough time dealing with this situation and I believe there should be a strong action taken against this so that no more customers should suffer.
