Nice store. Great produce and deli departments. Large selection in all areas. Easy to get around, not too crowded. I will be back for sure.

One of the best places for getting groceries from! They have a great frozen foods section as well!

The store has make up, skin care, fruits, vegetables, frozen items, snacks, etc!

The Christmas decorations were festive and fun. I had a great experience here! ❤

Has items you can't find in other stores here in Comox Valley. Cornmeal etc
They also have Dan D mixed nuts/fruits which are hard to find where I live. Always pleasant cashiers/people stocking shelves willing to answer questions.
Clean inside and outside is very clean. Prices a wee above average of Superstore, but quality fresh veg/fruit and deli sandwiches are great.

The store baked snickerdoodle cookies have made this my favourite grocery store in town. I will never not go to buy these if they have them. SO GOOD.

Very nice store has a great selection of products and the staff are very helpful. The produce is excellent and the deli is very good they make the salads in the store. The ladies in the deli are wonderful they look after you extremely well.

A sobeys store focused on high-quality customer service. Some food items more expensive,
than other Sobey's stores, to pay for that.

My girlfriend and I were just shopping at this store and both agreed this is the first time we’ve had a great experience with a cashier. This young fella named Nico helped us today. He was very pleasant and professional, good hire on thriftys part.

Always the best stop. A fresh selection of everything, cheerful and knowledgeable staff. Local items too! The deli made us sushi by request today and my girls were very happy. Thank you!!!

Love my local store! It’s well stocked and the layout of the aisles make sense! I also see students employed here which tells me they support young workers needing a part-time job while in school.

The 'elderly' lady at the deli - and I mean that as no disrespect but it is the only way I can describe her as I didn't get her name - was just amazing to deal with. Super friendly, awesome product knowledge and a delight to deal with. Small town amazing customer service with low cost big city savings. You can't go wrong shopping here!

Thrifty foods is a convenient place to shop. They have a well stocked selection that made it easy to find the products we were looking forward to getting. They have a sale on their Kettle chips, buy one get one free. We got two kinds, salt and vinegar and New York Chedder Cheese. Which were both very delishes and crunchy.

Excellent grocery store. Huge assortment of everything including a gorgeous pastry section, & , fresh fish and many other foods, large cheese section, roasted chicken ready to eat section . You won't be disappointed, super nice cashiers too..

I love thrifty's first of all and this one in particular, I must say definitely had great in-store made food. And large variety. Awesome! Would definitely come again

I came in Monday and received the most excellent service from a young worker at seafood. It was a pleasure to see the new generation working hard and being compassionate to the older generation. Definitely will be coming back soon. Thank you Owen keep grinding young fella🙏

Thrifty foods are very nice grocery stores. The produce and meat always look fresh, and the bakery items look delicious.
The only downside is that it is a pricey store.

The produce looks fresh and the food from the deli is also fresh. The staff on the front glass are courteous and fast. We usually stop here on our way through Courtenay and have never had a bad experience. Nice clean store, we maintained.

It's a really nice grocery store with some of the best looking produce around. It has an amazing delicatessen that serves good lunch time stuff. Have had a few of the sandwiches and have been happy. Cold sandwiches and take home stuff like pizzas are good too and loaded with toppings.

I love shopping at Thriftys! Even more so in these times. They’re the only ones who’ve maintained excellent customer service no matter what. And just in a fake polite way but with genuinely lovely kind compassionate and helpful staff. Always clean and organized and the produce section is fantastic. Love how they support local too and offer a great selection in the vitamin and wellness department.

Great Thrifty Foods, clean store, friendly staff, and the meat counter is fantastic. Produce is often pretty pricey here though, so we tend to get that stuff elsewhere.

Worst part is the parking log, no fault of theirs. If you have a big truck like I do, it can be interesting at times!
