Are you kidding me?
This will be the best bus station experience in your life, except that instead of bording a bus it will be an airplane.
Such a smooth experience!

Airport is amazing, but the parking is confusing. Really? Pay to part for 10 minutes when there's nearly a hundred empty spaces? Come on!

Small, cute airport.
The small restaurant is known for their baked goods.
New to me, since last year, a little dine-in Cafe once you're through security.

It's what you want in a small airport. Not many frills, just a couple coffee shops and clean washrooms. No hassles in the security lines, the byproduct of not having tons of flights leaving. I'd drive here again instead of say Victoria, which is in itself a nice 'small' big airport.

DON'T MISS THIS IF YOU HAVE ANY INTEREST AT ALL IN THE HISTORY OF THE RCAF.. THE OUTDOORS PART IS FREE.
I'll update this review after I get a chance to see the museum's indoors exhibits.

I wish every airport could be as easy as YQQ! Outside of security we were able to get mac n' cheese, grilled ham and cheese, banana bread, and coffee. Security itself was a breeze, with clear communication from the agents. There was a place to eat inside as well, with similar fare. Many of the seats had charging stations installed under them, complete with USB ports. The best part was when the flight before ours turned on a dime to leave the gate. Highly recommended!

I left my bike and a pannier locked up to their covered bike rack for the weeks while I was on vacation and they didn't blow up either item. It was easy to call the office and let them know what I was doing. Nice people.

WHY use this airport? Super easy in-out ... if you have family flying onto the island, this airport gives the greatest views on approach. Convenient parking with plenty of well-placed ticket machines (don't forget to put one on your dashboard). Food and snack options are good - makes waiting more fun!

The Comox airport is always efficient and easy. Security goes quickly and the staff are very helpful

Very well organized, there was a huge line up of people and I was late due to the snow storm and I was in through security and on the plane within 20 minutes

The airport is clean, easy to navigate and all the employees at the counters are courteous and we'll dressed. NICE PLACE will visit again soon

I had an amazing two trips. One trip was Christmas evening and the last trip was Easter weekend. Extremely busy and stressful times for myself. That being said, Brookelynn Bobbitt made my anxiety level to almost nil. She was amazing, can't thank her enough. I really dislike flying. But for her I now will be planning to travel for fun.

Brookelyn was our experience!
What an amazing human being. She was super helpful and kind to us at the WestJet counter and then we saw her again beyond security where she was visibly so happy, helping a woman in a wheelchair. I watched her interact with the woman, her coworkers and anyone else who entered her bubble. It was just so nice to watch. Based on our earlier interaction, I learned a cpl things about her…. specifically a love we shared for a particular scent so I wanted to share that with her. After that day, I had tried numerous times to catch her at work but failed. There is a way to say “I’m sorry, we can’t share any info about our staff” (when I asked when B worked next) and then there’s the way that one employee let me know. This employee should watch Brookelyn engage with her people. She will definitely learn something. I didn’t catch HER name cuz I thought it best I just leave. Anyhow, I finally caught Brookelyn at work & gave her the gift. She was as kind and wonderful as when I first met her.
WestJet, you are fortunate to have Brookelyn represent you.

Our holiday nightmare turned into a miracle. Our flights to Calgary were cancelled due to a snowstorm and the airport quickly turned into pandemonium. We were very lucky to connect with a lovely westjet employee named Brookelyn though who quickly got us booked onto an alternative flight and managed to do the whole thing with a smile. She somehow had us laughing and smiling on our way out the door despite hours of delays and complicated scheduling. Thanks!!

Great place and friendly staff ... some construction occurring to make improvements in the passenger screening area and boarding lounge

I was in only very briefly. Off the plane right at the door, bag was one of the first five on the conveyor, and no line at the car rental kiosk.
I'm sure this isn't always the scenario, but today it was. Very pleasant experience.

It's a very nice airport. I have never had any problems here. Getting through security early in the morning has always been quick and effortless for me, but do make sure to get here with time to spare, because sometimes it has been a bit busy early in the morning, relative to its size as an airport.

Friendly airport. Not a lot of amenities but enough to meet our needs and then some

Airport was quick and simple today! Our bags were 5th and 7th off the conveyor belt for a mostly full westjet flight! Warm smiling faces from the staff on a beautiful sunny day!
