The Home Depot

I don't go in here often but when I do the customer service is impeccable. If I don't know exactly what I'm looking for, there's always somebody ready to help. I recently after a car accident I'm unable to lived heavy items in and out of my carts and the staff members are always going above and beyond to help it ensure that the items making it into my vehicle.

Tracy had helped us twice with regards to purchase of area rugs and she was wonderful and such a sweet professional and intelligent staff person. An asset to home depot

Today we went in to buy some things we needed for a complete kitchen reno. We spoke with Noel in appliances and he was fabulous! Helped us order all our appliances and set up a very convenient delivery date. Helped us plan our countertops with great tips and really went above and beyond! Thanks so much Noel!

I shop there often with various home improvement projects on the go and everyone is always so helpful but today my cashier Megan really stood out with her kindness as I went through her till twice.

I stopped in to pick something up and Shelley from the pro shop went above and beyond to help me out. She provided excellent service and was very kind and friendly. She deserves 10 stars!

This Home Depot is 5 stars. Our visit today was with the appliance department, specifically looking at the fridges as ours stopped working. We dealt with an employee " Noel " , who was a huge help as he was very knowledgeable about all appliances. We were unsure about whether to fix our fridge or buy a new one, Noel helped us to see all our options. When we inquired about a reputable business that could assess/fix our fridge, Noel was able to give us a couple of contacts that came highly recommended. In no way did he make us feel pressured to purchase a new fridge, but rather helped us to see all our options. At the same time, we were that much more educated on refrigerators should we decide to purchase one. All in all, it was a great shopping experience!

*** I just wanted to add that the only disappointment that I've experienced, is that I've tried calling this Home Depot over many days, and different times and it just rings and rings. I haven't been able to get through to anyone. This is really odd, so I hope someone from this location reads this because there must be a problem with their phone line? ***

Excellent advice from Richard Pedersen on Electrolux washer/ dryer. Was so worried about ‘ease of use’ —he was so right on user friendly controls! And the clothes are twice as dry as my old front load washer.

We had a great time at Home Depot choosing inexpensive flowers for our garden.

We had a HUGE slider door we purchased. We had to pickup with our own trucker. Maria and her shipping crew went way over and above to help us load, brace and secure the door in the truck.
Delivery and installation was a huge success. Thank you to the HD shipping crew!!

This is indeed a Home Depot. Shoutout to Etienne for helping me at the self checkout service when I was having an issue with the machine. His professional and helpful attitude made my shopping experience greater than usual! Kudos your selves HD!

Great place for picking up hardware and such, but also surprisingly, plants! I get all of my plants from Home Depot. They take great care of them, which makes it easier to take care of them all at home.

Excellent in store customer service at Courtenay Home Depot.

Absolutely horrible customer service online when products are lost in shipping. Getting a return on both occasions of lost products has turned into a long drug out lengthy process. Home Depot online customer service tried to side with courier who forged my signature as proof of delivery. Strongly reconsider any online purchases that aren’t being delivered to store directly. 1 star out of 5 for purchasing products online.

Update: Courtenay Home Depot customer service staff went above and beyond and contacted Home Depot online department. Almost immediately a refund was issued. Thanks again to the amazing staff at courtenay Home Depot.

Always what you need, at a good price. Except for lighting, the lighting is rediculously priced.

Excellent sales associate in outdoor furniture section. I ordered a 3 seat sectional and ottoman. An early evening purchase for patio furniture. Very nice associate by the name of Colin, he did all the computer work and printout for me. Thank you 😊.

Made my purchase very easy and smooth.
Then the cashier young man helped me with self checkout. Another very easy transaction. A perfect night.

This is the best Home Depot I have ever been in for service and availability of staff. Generally at Home Depots in other cities you spend ages wandering around looking for someone to help, then you find that there are 3 other customers like you following the poor staff around trying to get a chance to ask a question. This store is the opposite: they have plenty of staff and they are always helpful, easy to find, and also their customer service on returns was excellent. Thanks

They were good on my check out, they were good when I had to return a piece of plywood right away, cause I got the wrong thickness, and then the big guy got some plywood down from a higher shelf for me and he even followed me to my truck to help load it. Everybody was friendly Awesome.
