Great selection, friendly and helpful staff. The store was busy but the checkout line moved quickly. They offer small bags of ice for free with your purchase. Lots of parking right out front.

staff are always so friendly and very helpful in finding a product for me in the store. It's never a bother for them as they seem happy to inquire about a product with their manager for me or in helping me find a product in the store. My Go To store for liquor. Parking space is rather difficult at times to find but it seems to move along quickly.

I absolutely love this liquor store, it has absolutely everything I would want to buy! The staff are friendly, the isles are wide, the store is well-stocked and clean and I love all the creative labels!

Lots of interesting bottles to look at. Many whiskey brands I don't know.

Liquor stores on the island are simply amazing!.
I love how you all support local chains from the island. And I love how much variety you have. So much better than being on the mainland.

The most amazing selection liqour store I have been in my life. Of 2 provinces and 2 huge cities , and many towns.
This has everything imaginable in liqours and wines and beers etc. But also incredible courteous knowledgeable staff..
My out of town friend and I came to shop only here for unique liqour.
Store is well stocked, isles are easy to walk, look through. Beautiful store, and layout.

To me a store is a store whether you sell liquor or beer or any other kind of drinks. My visit today is colorful although I didn't buy anything. I like looking around inside to see what's new. I find the bottles very beautiful. The names of the products are unique. The colors of the drinks are vibrant. The staff are welcoming and active to offer help to customer like Me. Over all, The store is very organized which is 5 stars or more.
My advice to people is that you can drink but make sure your not loosing your complete vision.
Drink is a way of relaxation but use wisdom and control.
You can drink but don't be drunk.
Its better not to be drunk because it is a wise thing to do.

Simply the friendliest staff in any liquor store anywhere! Really... I've shopped at a few 😉 They also carry a great selection of local wines (Vancouver Island, BC, Canada) plus a decent selection of imported wines, ditto beer & ciders. Highly recommended

Nice well stocked store. Staff were polite and helpful when asked. On my last visit I entered the store and found what I was looking for immediately. There was another drink, I was interested in, but couldn't find it. An associate helped me look and found some in the back stock.

Great service, nice clean store & they have most things that you're looking for at a reasonable price. I've found so many unique products, flavors, options & varieties that why go elsewhere? Oh, you get the first bag of ice free with purchase! So awesome!

We have been regular shoppers at the Crown Isle Courtenay location since it opened. First off, it's a very attractive store which helps make browsing and selecting products easier and you are more likely to wander around and try something interesting. Signage is clear, product prices are on the front of the shelf, and because they constantly bring in new products, those are also clearly identified. Their staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly so if you want advice on a wine/food pairing, beer styles, cocktail recipes, or a suitable gift, they can help or get a product expert to assist. They have contests with cool giveaways, and in non-pandemic times they have inexpensive classes about things like ciders, whiskeys, cocktail mixing and craft beers. One other thing that I appreciate is that they dedicate a great deal of their store shelf space to BC made products which is great if you like to support local breweries, distilleries and wineries. Throughout the year they sell special seasonal items like beer advent calendars, beverages for romantic occasions near Valentine's, etc. You can sign up for a loyalty card and their newsletter which can give you savings and advance notice of workshops and specials.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Is there such a thing as too many choices for craft beer? If so, then this is the place!!! Hundreds of options to satisfy your palette. I would say that they have the largest selection of BC craft beer than any other liquor store.

Excellent service. I live in Calgary and asked the guys to put together a beer package for my son who lives in Courtney. He was super happy and said they did a great job selecting the beers. They even delivered the same day. Can’t ask for better service.

Wall of micro brew and finest selection available. This store has amazing knowledgeable staff and the selection makes it the first choice every time. Staff are always helpful and may offer you a taste if the option is there. A model for customer service!

Probably one of the best selections in the area. My go-to choice for anything liquor related. Always greeted by a friendly hello. Always helpful staff. Competitive prices. Plus sometimes they sell single limes at the counter!

An amazing liquor store. The selection of local beers is outstanding, and the wine selection is great. They also now have make your own four packs with beers. All this plus great service and samples most days make cascadia one of the best liquor stores I have ever been to.
