Grocery store which is close to the University of Guelph. About 10 minutes walk from the University. It has a great parking space available for everyone. The store is great and allows price match. You could earn PC Optimum points. The store doesn't have diverse options for products but the price is reasonable.

It's a great place for weekly or bi weekly grocery shopping. All things available from food to sanitary. I'd recommend going here, as the prices are cheap compared to other stores, if not equivalent. Great variety and range of products available. Fresh produce is available daily and is clean..

"I wanted to tell you all something incredibly heartwarming that happened at the No Frills on Harvard today… when I was checking out at the self check-out I noticed an elderly lady standing in front of the customer service desk crying… I asked her what was wrong and she told me she had locked her keys in her car and CAA was going to charge her $150+ to come out and get her keys out. She said she wasn’t able to afford that and didn’t know what to do. A few staff members had started to do a search of the store to see if she maybe lost them while shopping but nothing was found. I tried calling her son & her friends in the area to see if I could drop her off there as her son was at work an hour away & he was the only one with a spare key, but unfortunately, no one answered. After we exhausted all efforts and didn’t know what else to do, the Owner of the No Frills came by & she told him what was going on. He then said “no worries at all, we are going to take care of you!” He then directed one of his employees to call CAA and he said he will pay whatever the fee is for her! She started crying, I started to tear up and it was just such a generous & kind thing for him to do. I have never seen a stranger be so kind to someone like that before. He deserves so much recognition for this!! If you are ever questioning where you should do your grocery shopping, I HIGHLY recommend the No Frills on Harvard! 🥰"

An awesome NoFrills! It's my grocery store of choice in Guelph. Always has great prices, good quality produce, and tons of selection. There's lots of helpful staff around and a quick n easy self-checkout option. It's never too busy and there's a great deal of parking in the plaza. Love this store!

Some of the most cost-effective groceries in the whole city. Their flier specials are worth keeping an eye out. The staff are polite and know what they are doing, which is more than I can say higher end stores. Make sure you show kindness in return. These folks have kept us fed throughout the pandemic. Being nice is the least we can do. Thanks again helping to keep my pantry full.

I shop at this location weekly for my family. There are disinfectant wipes and sanitizer as soon you as enter so you can sanitize your hands and shopping cart. This location typically has everything I need grocery wise including items needed for traditional indian dishes. The prices are usually fair or slightly cheaper than other stores. The store is kept clean, the staff is always friendly, and it's usually not crowded depending on what time you go.

Great sales, great regular prices, usually has in stock what I'm searching for. Clean store and generally attentive workers. Could plan to have more cashiers open during busy times, but usually if it gets bad I do see more open up. No complaints.

We just used the grocery pick up they now have, and it was fantastic! I placed the order online and it was ready for pick up the next morning. There were a few things not in stock, but I was phoned and asked if it was ok to substitute for other items. I spoke with Taylor, she was great! Once the order was done our card was charged and I received an email with the number of bags to pick up. Nothing was missed and the produce picked out was very fresh.
We went in, grabbed the bags and we were done! It was especially nice because we picked it up on Dec 23rd, and the store was pretty busy, so it was nice to not have to stand in line and deal with crowds.
I had a promo code to have the fee for this service waived, but the fee is only $3, and for me I would pay that to use this again. Very convenient, especially since we have two little kids and one vehicle, so some days getting groceries can be difficult.

The guys on the floor are so friendly and helpful! Thank goodness there's still a grocery store that has what you need and isn't gouging you on prices.

Conveniently located near UoGuelph with excellent weekly deals advertised in their flyer, and more in the store itself. No Frills is owned by Loblaw, and you can find both "President's Choice" and "No Name" branded products here. These two brands, especially "No Name", can offer shoppers significant savings over larger name brands, sometimes with no discernible difference in quality.
