Good prompt customer service.

Usually busy so there is always another clerk or two ready to step in to help the line move faster when I've visited the store.

Designated parking, about 5 or 6 stalls, in an otherwise busy parking lot.

The waitress was great, very funny and happy shopping.

I stopped in today June 5th to grab a bottle of water a just before 6am this morning. There was one person working and a 6-7 people sitting drinking coffee, and making their way to the register. The cashier not only was keeping up with the register but was making conversation with a few people sitting there chatting with him. He even made a friendly comment to me about my jogging armband I use to carry stuff. I seriously don't think I've ever seen someone work so hard, be so professional and friendly at the same time. Sunday morning before 6am and he made it feel like I was walking out of the rain into some warm welcoming coffee shop. Now that's some top notch staff in a convenience store.

At the Granville location I had an issue with the Vuze vape pen, the product was great, The price was incorrect and I subsequently overpaid. I left a message on the 7-11 app and thought nothing would come of it. I'm pleased to say that within a few days a manager from 7-11 called me, and I received a full refund. I am extremely pleased with the service I received in addition to the people who work there. Thanks again, Dave B. Outstanding service ! Thanks Sid !

I m not a regular customer but i got the best service for the first time i ever got in any other 7-11 before. Person on cash counter was so nice, she gave me the best deal on strips , which were really very good . I specially went to cash counter again to read the name of that person(Diksha) i would like to say u really give good service. Thanks and good luck to all the associates .

What's unique about this store and the reason I choose this 7-11 over others (and often grocery stores) is it has an espresso machine. I don't mean the pre-made lattes, etc out of a machine - I mean a machine that takes a 4 litre jug of milk and pure espresso. At a fraction of the price its available elsewhere. They are constantly making their food fresh as well and always have at least two people the counter working. Personally, instead of a chocolate bar or something, I'll have one or two chicken wings just as a snack. The croissants are made daily and I would guess, baked fresh several times a day. Once, they had just come out of the oven and I bought half a dozen to take home

Kind workers. The food they serve (chicken, wedges, etc) never old/stale. Great service. They always have marshmallows available for my coffee <3

Exceptional service from the gentleman working tonight (Aman? Amin? Couldn’t see the name tag clearly). He went above and beyond in making sure I had enough cheese for my nachos lol. Thank you so much :)

They always say hi when you walk in the door. The store is tidy, clean and well stocked. It's really helpful having them so close to where I live. The team members are ever so polite and helpful.

I really appreciate the staff at this store. They are friendly and treat customers with respect. Even when the store is very busy, they are still very pleasant. It makes a visit to this store a positive experience.

Great place to pick up quick items on your way home

Surprising to review a 7-eleven but I had a great experience, the staff was nice the quick snack a grabbed was good and the selection was top-notch thanks for that!

I wasn't able to get any uber or lyft rides back to my hotel and the staff is willing to call a cab for me back to the hotel. thankyou again :)

Usually busy. Was a fender bender in the parking lot last time I was there. But the place is clean and the staff are friendly. I reccomend
