Friendly staff, good selection. It's not so big that you have to walk a football field to get something.

I have been a loyal customer at Rona for many years, I buy 90% of my building supplies here. The service desk is always helpful and people working the floor typically can help you find anything the store sells in moments.
Everyone is friendly and I've always had good experiences at the check out and the yard guys are phenomenal.
When the deliver products to a job site they are always on time, courteous and helpful.
Still great service in the fall of 2022

Wonderful customer service, the manager and paint technician that I dealt with today were great.
Other stores nowadays are more sales focused than try to help the customer a right product. But they both were helpful and recommended me with nice ideas for my renovation project.

The only place with the high output portable air conditioners. All the staff were wonderful and engaging. It was an easy purchase and they loaded it onto the back of my SUV. The yard staff was excellent.

So I had a rough day replacing faucets and fans cut my finger open pretty good but water was shut off and I bought wrong fan so I go to return it and the customer service was absolutely amazing, I was gonna clean it up and crazy glue it once water was on but the ladies brought out sanitizer and bandages and were absolutely awesome, truly amazing customer service thank you all

I just had an awesome experience at the Grande Prairie Rona. An associate named James saw me looking lost and he helped me find what I was looking for despite having to make 2 trips out into the yard to do so. He helped me get the items to the till and offered to bring them out to my vehicle if necessary. All this while maintaining a safe physical distance during this covid pandemic. Greatly appreciated his awesome customer service and had to share!

Thankfully they had lawn tractors for sale. Everywhere elses was almost completely sold out.

Second time in fir same product. Sherri was the best. She helped me the 2nd time and saved me $13. on the product I bought first time.

We were lookingfor a new overhead light for a dining room.After a short trip to the lighting aisle we selected a new fixture. An associate helped us to find the correct light bulbs. Within a few minutes er were on our way. It took an hour to install the new fixture.It looks beautiful.

Every time I come here I leave satisfied 100%. Today, I went here to get a plywood for my bred frame, Tate at the service helped me chose the best type of wood for weight support, and he trimmed it down both length and width to fit on the frame! I went to many Rona in different cities and provinces, This Rona is best one I've been to.

Very kind staff, found what I needed and matched up what we discovered was discontinued with the best "closest" match.
Spent over $500 and will be back. Thank you

A big thank you to Nicole and Joel for helping me last minute this evening with a kitchen appliance. They were so patient and so helpful helping me with purchasing a new fridge. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys again so so much!
