Aphrodite Gift Shop

The whole main level of this home has been set up as a shop. Each and every space is filled with tons of items to choose from that are unique from different countries and counties. Could easily spend an hour or so browsing for that one special item

I love this shop...short story...I thought I did not have all items so I called and spoke to the incredibly nice lady who owns the place. She encouraged me to look again and said if I don't find come back in a She will replace them..turns out the items blended into the bottom of the bag..I am so grateful for her kindness and interstanding..she wrapped each item so wonderfully so I can travel with out worry..best place for gifts and awesome prices..please when visiting Baddeck stop by Aphrodites well worth all your Cape Breton gift shopping and the owners a heaven sent!

Me and my friend recently visited this hidden gem and had the best experience. It was actually hard to leave the store! I did 5 laps into every room and still was finding new things to awe over each time. There was so many beautiful crystals, jewelry, decor, knick knacks, etc. And the owner was incredibly sweet. We will definitely be revisiting before the summer is over :)

Omg! This place is beautiful! I’m from baddeck so me and my friend always go down after school. Such a good store for people to stop in if you’re just passing through. This place is a hidden gem and a staple in baddeck. Definitely recommend coming here!!!!!

Beautiful store and really nice owner. Has lots of different things every room had a little bit of a theme in one part of it. I went here once with my friend and I loved it would recommend to anyone definitely going back there soon

Great gift shop! I bought the majority of my souvenirs here. The owner is friendly and helpful. She threw in suckers for the kids I was buying for. 😁 Definitely recommend spending some time here.

What a beautiful little shop, a hidden gem for gift and souvenir buying. Well worth visiting. Lovely calm atmosphere, very pleasant person at the counter and a beautiful singer.

We come here every weekend in the summer straight from our cottage, We always leave this store with something new! I reccomend to anyone passing by baddeck, and if you are from somewheres else she has little magnets for example that say cape breton, baddeck ect there's more than magnets for that if it's not your style and it is one of my favorite stores! Once we came over right after swimming with wet hair (not dripping or anything just damp) and she went upstairs and grabbed her hairdryer and blowdryed my sister's hair ( I didn't care about my hair it way pretty much dry)

The lady who owns this place is incredibly nice and a very good singer! With an uncountable number of items, you're sure to find the perfect knick knack or trinket at this place
