Very professional & friendly customer service, also have very competitive reasonable prices. I will definitely do more business with them in future as well.

If I could give a place 6 stars it would be this place. They only opened ere a couple yrs ago but they also won't be going anywhere either. This location is just a satellite location of their 2 larger yards. The main yard is based out of Strathroy and they have another location in London. They have the best prices in town for landscape supplies such as topsoil mulch and various sand and gravel products. What they don't sell at this yard such as the bulk while or red stone is available through 1 of their other yards at a great price. They aren't cheap volume wise either when your buying in bulk. You always get your money's worth here compared to some other places around where you get the bare minimum of what your paying for. They are also a Broil King BBQ authorized dealer and through their other yards a supplier of interlocking stone from most manufacturers. They also offer a discount to contractors whereas their competition accross the road doesn't. They are also home base for 2 or 3 local landscape contractors. Although Ruby Farms is not directly affiliated with these companies they will accept inquiries for them and make sure the message gets passed along to the owner of the company's.

You can't beat the value or service recieved at Ruby.

Ruby is the No-Frills of topsoil, mulch, and aggregate suppliers. You'll still need to go to Silverthorn for things like pond kits and boutique goods, but for core landscape materials there is absolutely no contest: Ruby is the place to go.

My first time dealing with Ruby"s in St. Thomas, these guys were really helpful and easy to work with. I bought my top soil unseen because they were out when I visited their yard.
When it was delivered to my place on Thursday, I was impressed with the quality of the black loom that I received,very little clay just as I was promised.
