First impressions are the best impressions!

Contrary to my previous experiences with the Shoppers pharmacy chain, this one experience made up for it.

Nurah was attentive and patient when assisting with my prescription transfer from Brantford as I have recently moved.

Your demeanour was appreciated and a great example for businesses to encourage, thank you.

We had our three children scheduled for Covid vaccines, after a few hiccups with not having the correct needles available the owner went to another store to get the correct ones for paediatrics. The pharmacist administering the vaccine so graciously gave each child a chocolate bar and ice cream. Despite the long wait they did everything in their power to keep us informed and made sure the kids could get their vaccines.

Natasha in Cosmetics is a wonderful addition to this store. She is friendly, knowledgeable, super helpful and understanding. She helped me secure a product I really wanted and was hoping to get with my lost gift certificate. Great customer service skills!!

I'm in middle school and go there everyday at break. Cheap and good candy, big makeup selection. Love the workers, they're super nice and helpful.

Excellent staff and great pharmacists who knew my name by the second prescription I picked up. Never a wait. Very caring and thorough. Checkout staff are super friendly. Store is very well stocked and immaculately kept.

One of the good Shopper's locations I've encountered. Open 'til midnight. I had to take my dad to the hospital as he had an eye infection. The hospital was a ghost town. Anyhow we got out of the hospital in 45 minutes. It was 11:40. We had prescription for a cream for my fathers eye. The drug store is pretty much next door to the hospital. Got our prescription to the counter at about 11:50 and were out in 5 minutes. Usually you wait forever at SDM locations. Not at this one. Kudos.

I have had the same problems that other have talked about but always around opening and closing hours. People need to realize that a store this size isn't going to have 5+ cashiers first thing in the morning. Just plan your trips to the store better. And DONT GET UPSET OR HEATED OVER SOMETHING LIKE WAITING IN LINE.

I shop here because it's around the corner. I have never smelt poop in the store because the all I smell is the perfume which is located at the entrance. I never had a problem with groceries here because it's primarily a drug store. Good job guys. World needs more positivity and less naggggg ativity!

This location was my place for pharmacy and other items...very clean , fast friendly service...for over 15yrs...then I moved away...when I in St Thomas area I do still shop there...

Large store, plenty of great savings especially if using rewards program. Rewards add up quickly while buying everyday items.
