I went into the store looking for something inexpensive for a small DIY project, I was helped by Kristin, and she was the most helpful customer service worker that I have been helped by in a very long time!!!! Give that woman a raise

I received all the help that I needed and everyone was very kind to my toddler while he explored the aisles. The staff truly understands what customer service means. Kindness is everything even in the smallest of purchases. I would highly recommend this location

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I know not everywhere is dog friendly, so I appreciate my pup was able to come in. I had to bring him to work while I do renovations and it was way too cold to leave him in the car. The staff were welcoming and kind, and my dog seemed to enjoy himself too. Thanks Rona team! And extra thanks to the fella who carried by peg board to the cash AND my car for me.

I always love getting my household supplies here, for any projects I have. The service is always friendly, and the people are genuinely knowledgeable. I'm thankful for a great team of staff members there. The only downside is now they don't carry the airmiles program, and for fancier home decoration furniture and supplies, you'll have to go to Rona in London. They also carry seasonal decorative items, such as autumn wreaths and display items.

Rona the more contractor-oriented lumber store in town. Although I'm not a contractor, I've had *great* customer service there on many occasions already in just the first few months in town. I very much appreciate that Rona is a more relaxed and chill shopping experience. Picking up my lumber order is unrushed. The staff at the store have lots of experience.

Got all our Lumber from here, Ryan was fantastic on the phone. We needed more for another project, ordered on the phone went to pick it up the young man put it in my care ensuring it was all straight no gouges.
They are always so helpful here. Yes you may have to wait for help on the shop floor but they can't be everywhere at the same time.

Great ppl and products

May 17 2022. Just picked up some black earth at $1.99/25L bag. This is really nice topsoil. Not like the so called black earth I picked up at CTC, that was actually old mulch at $2.79/bag. The garden centre is layed out nice for easy pick up. Elizabeth the girl in the garden centre was friendly and helpful. She seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to help. Matt and Brad are good guys too, if you get to the lumber area. I will be back.

Visited 3 places in St. Thomas, and Rona was the only place that had the replacement that I could use for my defective lights. The service there was very helpful and patient.

Wow! Best customer service/experience at St. Thomas. They helped me get a thermostat ( essential in winter ) when I'm not an online ordering person. Manager found a way!! Thanks again and the next socially distanced coffee is on me!

Curbside pick up option used during COVID. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of help offered while picking up heavy items and made the experience the best they possibly could. Located on the north side of St Thomas.

Most staff friendly. Very helpful. Store manager Gary, very knowledgeable and respectable to customers. Recommend this Rona! Not everyone knows everything in stores people, it takes time to learn each section of the departments.
