They did a ton of work in less than 4 days, I am very impressed. Not to mention I was very indecisive about what I wanted and they were patient with me the whole way.

I was more than satisfied when I got to pick up my truck from Off Road Addiction. I recently moved from Southern Ontario up north and the folks at the shop were more than accommodating to let me leave my Tacoma for a week at the shop. This shop knows what they're doing. They were totally professional, friendly and they perform quality work. On top of that, they made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish and knew exactly what type of offset I should get for the wheels, to accomodate the larger tires and lift I put on the truck. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays and Off Road Addiction went above and beyond. I'm going to really enjoy this vehicle on the logging roads. Thanks so much!

The staff greeted me promptly and was eager to help with all my questions, including trying to locate venders that may sell parts that I found online. They were very helpful and I was able to buy what I was looking for. They had to order it but it only took a day to have it delivered. I am very impressed with the local hospitality and I see their presence in the community often. Great place to shop.

Great service from the team at Off Road Addiction. They have done some great work on a few of my customers vehicles including an escalade lift, Silverado 1500 and a wild 2500 with 6" lift and 37" tires. Special thanks to Roman for going above and beyond to get my parts in a timely fashion!

We had an excellent experience with Offroad Addiction. Chad and Wes are great communicators. Tanner's attention to detail is evident. I appreciate things being done right the first time. The fact that we were able to get anything done at all during the Covid years is amazing. We took them a stock F-350 and they gave us back a monster that rides like a Cadillac. Well done folks! Great experience with these guys. They lifted the Taco and added spacers and larger tires. Good communication and good advice. Recommend them highly.

I had my Toyota FJ Cruiser upgraded with an ARB 3 inch HD lift , Icon UCA , and other suspension parts . Amazing company kept me informed on progress, and quickly resolved any issues , great communication, service and install from the team ,thank you Jesse , Wess and Chad . Another trip down the 401 to St. Thomas visiting the guys from off-road addiction And of course another success what they did this time they perform surgery on my 4runner 😂BMC what does it mean when your tires rubbing after you install way to big you need a doctors from Off road addiction thank you guys again

These guys have all the technical knowledge, experience and resources to get what you want, install it properly and maintain your vehicle and it’s parts. I can’t forget the unbelievable friendship and welcoming nature of every employee from the moment you message them on Facebook or call right through until the end of the process (and beyond if you stay in touch).
This shop is absolutely outstanding in their customer service, technical knowledge and their experience to recommend certain products - I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

Highly recommended this business. We had running boards put on our truck here. The service was professional, prompt and very accommodating. The staff are friendly, the show room is clean, prices are great and there is a comfortable waiting room. We will most definitely be returning and would recommend them to anyone.

From beginning to the end of having my OME lift kit picked, ordered and installed the team at off road addiction was great to deal with. With Tanner helping assist in picking the perfect combo of leafs and struts for what I want to do with my build and Jay and his teams communication with the painful shipping times due to the pandemic. The guys at Off Road Addiction are nice, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. This is my first Jeep and the guys answer all my questions I seem to come up with since my knowledge of Jeeps is slim to none, other than they are a lot of fun to drive. I had a soft top installed a few months ago, today a brake light, all done in a very reasonable amount of time or less than expected. I'm impressed with their work and willingness to help, a pleasure to deal with the guys at Off Road.

Been here a few times and those guys are on top of it. Ordered a lift kit for my Toyota FJ from "4wheel Parts" in Burlington and they kept delaying the receiving date. After 4 weeks waiting for the kit, I cancelled it and Off Road Addiction was able to get to me in 2 days! Great customer service and very helpful! highly recommended!
