Geerlinks Home Hardware is a great place to shop for your home or building needs. Lots of parking with differently abled persons reserved spots and large doors available. I found the store to be clean and the staff busy and knowledge. You probably won't find any slackers working here as it's a top notch business. They offer curbside pickup and I'm sure contractors will do well with delivery service as well. Please see photos. The staff here are always friendly and very helpful. The store is nice and clean and very tidy. My parents have been coming to the store since they moved to St Thomas back in 1996. Excellent quality furniture here and appliances. Just my mom and I go now since my dad has passed away. They even acknowledged his passing. I can't say enough about this Home Hardware store. But would recommend anyone to go here.

Jodi and the team had a large item in stock and were able to deliver it next day at an exceptional price. Everyone we always deal with there is friendly and knowledgeable. They are a great team.

Had great experiences at this home hardware, especially with Fletcher, an employee you can rely on for valuable assistance with any project. It's refreshing to encounter an associate eager to help. Amidst the challenges of Covid, where customer service has often dwindled, it's reassuring to find such dedicated service in certain places. Thanks!

I love this store! It’s always clean and the staff is so helpful! I love the little tiny carts for kids. My little one loves it every time we go. Their home decor area is fantastic! Very unique decor items. Highly recommend it!

The store is laid out so well. I can always find what I need. The staff is super helpful if you’re not sure. Today I talked to Jim and he knew exactly what I needed. I love the seasonal displays too.

Wonderful helpful staff in the design department. I ordered a dishwasher as a housewarming gift for my daughter's new Habitat for Humanity home. They worked with me to make payment over the phone as I live in a different province. They delivered it to another city and made sure that there was zero damage to it before sending it out. I couldn't have asked for nicer people to deal with. They made what could have been a somewhat stressful situation a pleasant experience.

Couldn't live in St T without our Geerlinks! Well organized, always clean and always have everything in stock. Special orders are easy and generally arrive quickly. Lots of parking, decent hours. But what's priceless and so refreshing here is you NEVER have to wait long to find someone. Better yet, they are the most helpful, patient and nicest staff bar none. Particularly important in several areas at this type of store, where you need someone who knows what they are talking about and these folks are a 10/10. One hundred projects, 1,000+ visits and they've yet to let me down.

This store does not have everything, but what it does have is usually has some experienced people to help you out on your questions. It also feels more part of the community than its' rival big box stores.

Best Home Hardware I’ve ever been to. So much selection of everything, a wicked design dept and tonnes of home goods - and lumber!

I was in talking to Lisa in the paint department looking for a particular shade of green. She recommended a colour and it was exactly what I was looking for. I'm very happy with the colour and service I received from her. I will definitely be back to see her for my next project and would recommend her, she has a great eye.

I had the pleasure of speaking with 2 of your supervisors today. My Dad had gifted me a beauti tone umbrella and he has since passed away. The umbrella got ruined and it broke my heart. So many beautiful memories attached to it. Your employees replaced it for me at no charge. I was overwhelmed at their kindness. I was even given a nice warm hug which I so sincerely appreciated. The one supervisor was from the service desk and the other was from the paint department. They both made me so happy today.

I was offered a job here about a year ago now but didn't take it due to another company that I had applied at calling. I felt bad for turning it down. I shop here for all my home improvement supplies,the customer service is fast and knowledgeable. You can't get that at Canadian Tire. Thank you very much again I do apologize for not taking the job at the time maybe in the future.

Visiting family from the states - this store was great- a large variety of items. I went in looking for something specific, which I found as well a few other items. Wish I had one near where I live
