Impressive for a Walmart! Floors so clean I could eat my McDonald’s jr chicken (from the convenient in store location) right off of them! Found everything I needed no problem. Also the outside is very blue! Which really puts you into the Walmart mood!

Recently my friend and I had pulled into HC parking. We got out and my friend fell and hurt her face/neck/shoulder pretty badly. She was knocked out cold for a long time. I called 911. I was visibly shaken as my friend lay their with blood coming from her mouth and other injuries. Two Walmart employees came out and were genuinely concerned for me as they took my best friend away in the ambulance. I was shaking and they stayed there making sure I was ok and were so kind. I give those two employees five stars because they were compassionate and kind. Every time I think of what happened that day end of May 2023 I am shaken up all over again, but quickly remember the two Walmart employees (I wish I could remember their names) and a man named Melvin helping me and it helps. Bravo Walmart for training and choosing compassionate people to work at this establishment. Thank you.

We enjoy it. Checkout is fast whether assisted or using self checkout. Prices are why we go. We used to take advantage of the Walmart app for pick up. However the substitutes we receive when items are not available do not remotely match what we are requesting. It is a convenient service when it works properly. If this gets fixed will use it again.

St Thomas Wal-Mart has to be one of the cleanest I've seen. Their staff always seem busy helping people and the shelves were reasonably stock considering back orders and problems in shipping everyone is having. The Pharmacy, where Susan and Nancy were the two who took care of all our pharmacy needs. They have a friendly knowledgeable staff that can answer the hard question. I was having problems with application form for Walmart Master Card on line. Called store Customer Service and spoke to a young man named Bijoy. Explained my situation and he told me to come bye store and he would assist me. I went in and Bijoy processed my application. I was approved for a Rewards Master Card and Bijoy explained all I would need to do going forward. As a senior on a fixed budget, this card was a God send. The knowledge that there is extra money if needed in a time when prices are going up, gave me a sense of security and relief. I want to thank Walmart and a special thanks to Bijoy for all their Help. You have a loyal customer.

It’s great, aisles spaced out much wider (perfect for social distancing), prices fair and square with lots of good deals. There are many assorted international and local varieties of products to choose from too. The staff are very friendly and helpful, customer service is always good. I like the way things are done there, it makes it easy to get there and find what you need with out any hassle.

Great experience with 2 staff last night, in the Photo Dept. the associate helped with setting up my pictures I needed to print off, he explained the Walmart Photo App wasn't working probably. The second was the associate at the Self check out, explaining how to buy the product protection on the Oral B product I purchased. ENJOY CHEERS

This is just like any other Walmart I have been to. It has everything you expect inside. This one is a bit larger so it has the photocenter, haircuts, portrait studio, McDonald’s the whole nine yards. Bring the family to get a deal on soap and leave with your hands full of things you didn’t know you needed.
There is one big area for self checkouts and another larger area with people working at checkouts too.

Love their PC selections... if you want a close to homemade Shepard pie then try the PC Shepard pie

I enjoy this store. It's clean and pretty well stocked. Great location for me. There are plenty of new and old stores in St Thomas to shop at.

Another St Thomas store that shows respect for none mask wearers. No discrimination shown in this store. Lots of food product available, even though the toy dept is lacking at the moment. But I'm guessing its to do with the draconian chaos in the world right now. Way to go St Thomas Walmart...Five stars for customer respect and service.

Great selection on housewares and grocery items. The customer service is #1 at checkouts and carry outs. They make sure you have the best shopping experience.

The employees were super nice and helped me find everything I was looking for. They always have amazing deals/sales/rollbacks. I definitely recommend walmarts prices over superstores

I had misplaced a receipt for a tv that I bought a few months ago and it became defective. I went to the store and the manager searched his receipts until he found a copy of mine and told me to bring back the tv to be replaced. wonderful service!!
