Recently l was lucky enough to purchase a new phone at the Source. When my phone was hacked J’niah Jones came to my rescue. She completely put me at ease with her positive attitude and worked tediously until my phone was safely restored to normal. Satisfaction guaranteed , thanks everyone!

Shout out to Sakshi and her staff for the superb service we received recently with our new phones and plan. She went above and beyond and we could not have been happier. Her patience and expertise were next level. The next day i needed help with syncing my new phone to my vehicle and a very nice young man came out and had me hooked up in no time.

I was very pleased with the service provided. I have purchased two phones from the Source and will highly recommend it to others. I was treated kindly and with great patience and all if my issues were addressed.

First and foremost I just want to say, this was the most pleasant phone shopping experience I've ever had. The no-pressure sales and the time they'll spend with you to make sure you get the perfect device and plan for you, I'm positive you will never get this high level of customer service anywhere else (and I used to work at a phone store). Carter and Nick, two extremely helpful and kind young men, spent over an hour and a half with me breaking down pricing and various device options that suited my budget, and got me a brand new phone for less than the competitors, by a landslide. From now on I will be conducting all my electronics related buisness with this specific Source location. You blew my expectations away and surpassed them, I recommend anyone needing any electronics consultation whatsoever, come here, you won't be disappointed.

For the first time in my life, I purchased an extended warranty for a set of headphones for my daughter. Needless to say her headphones broke, and “the source” replaced them on the spot. I highly recommend the store. Great people, great customer service. 10/10

Super friendly staff who are really easy to talk to. I just got my phone upgraded the other day and one of the staff members Zach was extremely helpful in helping me upgrade my plan to something I could afford saving me money in the long run. Really appreciated it since I didn't know about the offer. He set the entire phone up for me and even transferred all of my old info onto my new phone which I was thankful for. In and out in a few minutes. There’s a security guard that has to let you in, can speculate as to why all day long. Benefit of that is safety, but on the flip side you feel pressured to go in and get what you need quickly. I knew what I needed, went in and got it quickly with friendly help from the staff.

I had a very positive successful experience with The Source. Ty Hillier took two hours reviewing my present Bell account and various plan options. My Samsung telephone was almost 4 years old. Through his resourcefulness he provided me with a 2018 model as well as a new tablet for $20/month less than I was paying. He then spent considerable time and patience setting up both devices. Excellent!!!!

I was in the St. Thomas store today with my elderly parents to get them iPhones. Xavier, the store manager provided us with exceptional service. He was patient and knowledgable and although it took some time, we walked out with what we needed. Thanks for a great customer experience!

Fabulous service.. Knowledgeable staff. I needed a friend to purchase this phone because of a health problem and Xavier and nevin at The Source could not have made it easier for both of us. I highly recommend this St.Thomas store for their product but especially that fabulous

Great customer service and support

Met with Tyler who really helped us out with the purchase of a phone. This is my third visit to the store and have found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the technology.
