Really like this stores customers service. A couple Months ago, duncan home depot messed up an order but they were very perfessional in handling their mistake. I really want to show my appreciation now because a similar thing happened at this different (Blue) big box store and the costomer service was really bad.

Very helpful store. Had excellent customer service from Brian in Rental Dept yesterday. Many visits to this store since moving to this area a year ago and have always found the staff extremely helpful. Everyone working there just seems to care, which should be the norm, but too often isn't. Very happy to have this store near me. Thank you!!

Wow cost of lumber has skyrocketed. Staff friendly and helpful. A lot of product on the shelf.

I had such a co operative experience with a warantee return on a hwt. The return desk people were great!🙋

I've been going to home Depot for over 20 years employers eye contract from have a commercial account for the buildings across and staff is great.

Staff was very helpful, the check out process was very fast. Social distancing in effect, hand sanitizer provided outside the store.

Best of all, if your dog is on a leash you can bring them inside!

When doing renovations, most often you can find everything on your list, if not the staff are more than willing to take you or direct you to where you can or might find the item. It's usually our 'go to place' over the last year.

Writing this review because this is probably the 20th time ive come here after RONA had nothing i was looking for

I spend way too much time here. They carry a wide variety of household products. The one thing I do dislike about it is their staff arnet trained in their own department. When you ask about something nobody can tell you and they've actually told me they didn't carry something yet I found it.

I was as the store in Duncan last week . They went above and beyond. I was looking for an assist as my 4 year old Wiser door latch set had failed . I was prepared to buy a new one but thought I’d ask about the warranty policy . A team manager ( apologies .. I didn’t get her name) reached out to Candice in MET? .. here’s where my story explains itself… Candice had already signed out fr the day … going home … BUT she was happy to help … AND had a solution.. gave me a latch from a box of spares she had in the back .. so I could keep my old wiser handle/Latch .. .
AMAZING!! Well done Candice! I hope Home Depot recognize what an amazing team member you are ..

I went there today and had the longest wait ever .being a door dash we sure can't spend time waiting like this 20 .then 45 min drive to the customer then 45 minutes back to Duncan wasted my whole day my shift was ruined the shift I had got cancelled on me I had to wait for another shift to start for me needless to say the amount of money I made today was not worth my day don't get me wrong I'm sure home Depot is good but not for doordash I even tried home Depot with the number on my app that they gave me said the number was not working all-in-all just a bad day

The people who work at this home depot are so friendly and helpful! Theyve been invaluable resources of information and support during our build. Special mention to Lia, who helped us pick out and figure out how to install tiles, thank you! And Warren, who is a smiling, welcoming face to see every weekend. But we've met friendly people throughout the store, which makes it so easy to ask questions about the products. And also it's always been very easy to return anything that wasn't quite right. Thanks so much!

Standard home depot store.. good size, the selection you would expect walking into any home depot. The reason I give 5 stars, is the staff. Always helpful, always available, always friendly. I have yet to have a bad experience and I am in there quite often. They provide excellent customer service that you will not find at any other home depot in vancouver island.

Deaton was the absolute most help I've ever received in a hardware store.
He helped me save my king size bed, cut me new slats, and helped me find the power drill with perfect sized bit to do the rest at home.
Gave me 10$ off the Ryobi drill as well.
Hanna was the upbeat and friendly lady who put my purchase through, go see them for all your hardware needs!

One amazing employee from the construction department ( an older gentleman) really went out of his way to ensure we could participate in an extra bonus service they offer for the build it kits for kids. And i was asking not even for kid but an adult whos super young at heart. Finding activities is always a challenge and we were not treated discrimantly at all. He saw us through the whole store. Talked with his manager to get us the answer and followed through to ensure we could also participate when many of the young cashiers would have just said no not now" and they did . Realizing the trivalness of their operational rule he wad able to assure what we asked for was delivered. He gave us customer service above and beyond any experience I have had from competing stores . I really wish I had gotten his name because his actions meant alot

Today I received fantastic service from Lia V in the flooring department. I recently purchased a home and it desperately needs new floors. I know very little about the process but since seeing Lia I feel much more confident. From products to pricing I felt well taken care of, thank you Lia, see you again soon.

Good store with a really good layout. Staff are helpful and can show you where to find the product you are looking for. I like that they have self-checkouts at this store. They make it easy to purchase your products quickly and hassle-free. With such a wide variety of "home" products and more, I recommend this store!
