Walmart Supercentre

Shout out for Talia at the Duncan store today, she was on check out there around lunch time and just amazing!
I don't have loyalty when it comes to routine grocery shopping - brand, store location or my own routine shopping habits, but she is enough to change that!
Seriously walmart, his lady deserves a raise ! I have never had anyone pack bags like her (I almost didn't want to unpack them when they got home they were so perfect!). The efficiencey with which she scanned our items through, the pleasure of watching her meticulously pack up the items and the overall shopping experience she delivered is enough to make me want to know when she is working there so that I will shop in this store at those times!

Would like to give a big thank you to Christine(the one with a bunch of tattoos on both arms) of the Duncan Walmart for excellent customer service! She really helped out me and my wife over the weekend! Thank you! Also would like to compliment the store overall. Very clean and tidy. Well done!

October 5 12:45 noon .
Skinny young guy about 19 years of age stocking the meat cooler .
I asked him where to find a certain meat product I enjoy.
He walked immediately over to the freezer section where it should be . Told me they were out but he would be happy to see if they had some in the back . Even gave me options on two kinds if he couldn’t find one of them . .
Two minutes later he came out with my item .
I told him how rare he was to go out of his way to find my product.
This guy should get double his pay . I have rarely seen good customer service on the floor area . This dude should be running Walmart

Everyone diss's Walmart, for many reasons. My experience is that the staff goes way beyond what I would expect. I had to return an electric kettle, of which I had lost the receipt, 5 min search and the agent found the receipt online and processed my return. No fuss, no bother, very helpful.

Super appreciate Haranjot (sp?) for her amazing customer service! She came out of nowhere and helped in a disastrous situation- leaking pop all over me- handing me napkins and helping me get a new item. She wasn’t even working where I was but she noticed my situation and swooped in like a true hero! If only everywhere had a Haranjot!

This 5 star review is for a gentleman named Tony at the Duncan Walmart (I think that’s his name, spoke with a thick British accent). We were looking for a new duvet and cover on Oct 28th. He asked if we were finding everything alright, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. He went and found a new box of inventory and opened it up for us. I’ve never experienced such personable service at Walmart; this interaction simply

As always, shopping at the Walmart Supercenter was fun, fast & inexpensive!

The selection of products seems to keep growing every month and there's no better place to shop if you need multiple things. For example where else can you buy shoes, fruit, makeup & an oil filter in the same store?

And of course only Walmart offers all that and more with loads of sale prices and great deals!

this is my go-to walmart and i think it has a great selection. clean environment and feels safe. never have had any issues shopping here.

Spacious, staff are welcoming and very helpful, great selection of home goods and food. So far I'm really liking the redesign. Have to learn where everything is all over again. It's a pleasure to shop here.

Staff continues to work through this hard time with dignity and respect for our community. Their efforts on our behalf must be recognized and appreciated.

Talia the cashier is amazing at her job and seamlessly makes our shopping experience better and more efficient with her phenomenon organizational skills. We purposely will wait in a longer line just to checkout at her till. A+ at what you do!

Excellent Walmart location! There is a huge selection of products; everything you would typically expect from a Walmart Supercentre. There is a wide selection of food products, clothes, toiletries, gift cards, kids toys, video games, and much more! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is organized well so it's very easy to find what you're looking for. I recommend checking out Walmart for your shopping needs (has some of the lowest food prices in the Cowichan Valley!).

A very good store to find almost anything and everything you may need in your home. Their grocery department has the best prices on almost everything, they carry.

We have been shopping in the Duncan walmart superstore since our arrival in 2007. Convenient, they have everything, and the prices are great. We really like how they support Canadian farms as well. The staff is great and we will continue to shop there .

It's Walmart, things change on a daily, but one thing is consistent. The smiles and good customer service!

We were able to get everything we needed at reasonable prices. Glad the aisles are wide. Merchandise aisles well marked for finding items.

Wide aisles. Big department store. Sells groceries, large area. Dairy a long way from front door. Meat shelf often low stock. GF section in store. No deli area. Garden centre is seasonal. McDonalds in the store. Many self checkouts with lots of help.
