Wow! The Canadian Tire Store in Duncan is well stocked! I love all Cdn Tire Stores ever since my dad took me to my very first one, in North York, ON. I was 6yrs old, lol.
Hours for Duncan store: 8am to 9pm M-S and 9am to 6pm, Sunday.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and I will be going back to the store for sure if I need anything else

Had to return defective item 3x but not Staffs fault. Pleasant folks and clean store -- well stocked!!

As a frequent Canadian Tire shopper, I have to say that the staff at this store are exceptional. Always friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Was leaving Vancouver Island first thing in the morning the next day to visit my unwell Dad in Kelowna. Before loading our camper on Sunday afternoon, we noticed we had a leak in our left rear tire on our 2018 GMC 1 ton.
I called Scott at the Canadian tire service department and he told me that he could get us in right away. I was at Canadian tire within 20 minutes and within one hour I was out with a patched left rear tire as well as he also rotated all four tires for us to ensure we were to get on our trip the next day. I could not ask for better service from Scott and his crew in the Canadian tire service department.
Would not hesitate for a moment to go back to this service center.

I previously had a 3 star score for this location but because of Colby I need to change it to 5 stars. I rarely get this kind of personalized, professional and generally fantastic service. This young man found what I need and had me laughing while I waited. Thanks Colby, I will come back every time:

Traveling from the mainland and we had a tire emergency. Due to an error from a different shop, my rear tires that had been replaced in the fall had bad wear and tear.
Nathan and their crew were able to help us out with no wait and managed to get us back on the road to enjoy the rest of our vacation within a few hours.
With the potential of it costing us almost $1,800, we were only charged a fraction of that until we were able to get back to the original shop where we received a refund on most of the expenses.
Thank you so much, Canadian Tire Duncan. Nathan's attention to detail and efficiency made a stressful situation better. Truly appreciated!

Awesome staff but the cashier was a little rude..but all in all it was awesome!

I bought an electric cooler that plugs into your lighter and and it was not what I thought it was going to be. I. Actually thought that when the car was shut off. I could keep it plugged into my later. But apparently you can't or will kill your car battery so it was no good to me. And I was able to bring it back with no problems.

I went here at the end of a very, very long week. To top off the week, my water heater blew up. While shopping around to get the tools I needed to fix it, I became overwhelmed with options, choices and fatigue. When I went to check out, I realized my phone was missing- along with all my cards. I assumed I had been pick-pocketed. The woman working the till ( she had a little cough and stutter) worked to keep me calm, helped me be logical and search- and to realize I had left my phone on a shelf in another department! She just generally worked to help me get my head on straight. It wasn’t her job, but she saw I was having a hard time and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you, I appreciate your compassion and help.

Wow. Great experience in automotive department. Brought our new to us trailer over from SSI for an RIV inspection. Because of ferry timing we were over an hour early for our scheduled appointment. Scott was super accommodating. He got us in and out in 15 minutes. He new the RIV program very well and helped us understand the inspection process. Definitely recommend.
