Best Buy

Recently I purchased a new cell phone and in need of a cell phone case, so of course I stopped in at BestBuy. I was helped by a young man by the name of Chase; I was so pleased and impressed by his interaction with me very personable, polite and helpful. He understood my needs and concerns he reviewed the products available at the Duncan store and made suggestions of what he would do give my needs. Above all Chase is a very nice man and is an asset to his employer and should be valued as such! Thank you Chase!!

I've frequently went to this best buy and I've always managed to find an employee named Josh who always found what I needed. If bestbuy didn't have it he always gave me an alternative and was there to ensure my happiness. Personally I love his hair and hope he continues to be the stunning individual he is.

Island Turf Club, WOW!!. THESE GUYS ROCK!! they came by and have done a fantastic job on our lawn!!! I was a little hesitant at first because I had not used them before and it was kind of random, But I’m sure glad we did. Super knowledgeable, polite & courteous. I had a few questions and Brandon took the time to explain what and why he was doing. They did an amazing job. We Will continue to use them in the future. Highly Recommended!!!

Stepped foot in there and immediately was asked if I needed help finding anything! Service was fast, attentive and helpful! Thank you to the guy working at the pickup counter for being so nice :)

Had a problem with my cell phone that I have only had for a short period of time. I was very lucky to have had Alana's help in Best Buy Mobility, she made a stressful experience a very pleasant one. She provided more than one solution and detailed instructions on how to proceed with each. I am extremely happy with the level of service, professionalism and quality of service Alana provided. This is the experience everyone advertises but few deliver, thanks Alana.

I liked the services which provided at Best Buy, Duncan. I'd visited the customer services and Geek Squat for several times during the last couple of months, and I had some excellent experiences being helped from their staffs. Especially Leah was always very patient and friendly, and she really solved a couple of big problems for me. I hope many people will know about their services because I am fully satisfied by their services.

My wife and I were in today looking for some information regarding a change in our cell phone service. Alanna, not being a part of the Cell team there took time to speak with us and go over several options for us regarding both changes to our phone plan and devices.

Alanna knew everything. I literally mean that. I was able to later verify everything she had said about the various devices was totally accurate and this is why I decided to write this review. She was not only cheerful, polite, and professional but EXTREMELY knowledgeable about just about every product in the store (and we all know Best Buy is full of all sorts of stuff).

I would go back there now in a heart beat and ask for Alanna every time as it is really hard to find an individual with both a strong commitment to service AND a truth forward knowledge of the products sold.

Alanna you rock and I greatly appreciated your level of dedication to providing an amazing customer experience.

After attempting to upgrade my phone with rogers online I decided to visit bestbuy. Lori answered all my questions and made best use of my time there. Great experience overall after lack lustering customer service from Rogers.

Have never had a bad experience at this store. The staff have always been helpful to me, and there are always good deals that I see. The store is kept highly organized and it's quite easy to find what you are looking for. If you love tech products galore, check out this store. Good place to buy a new TV, a camera, a cool gadget, etc. Great place for buying Christmas or birthday presents!

I found all sales reps very helpful

Bought a new laptop from best buy loved it! had great service while contemplating what to buy, the sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Fast forward a month and the new laptop bites the dust (MacBook --> shouldn't have happened but had a faulty operating system), took it to the nearest Best Buy with receipt and packaging was able to get assistance and exchange it. Was home again in less the 30minutes after having excellent service. Well done local Best Buy team :)

Went in to upgrade my phone and had to wait for almost a hour before a manager got someone to come to the cel phone booth to help me. Then I had the pleasure of Edward “Ed” helping me out, it said in training but the guy clearly once he got comfortable in dealing with me was super helpful and knowledgeable in the products we were discussing. I spent almost 2 1/2hrs there and it was a pleasure, I felt so comfortable in dealing with Ed that I almost walked out with a sound bar and sub woofer as well 😂. I will be back to find Ed and get that sound bar and woofer sooner than later and I suggest if your in the store and in need of some great assistance look for Edward and let him help you out with what it is your after, thanks again Ed we will be back and I hope your there!💯👍😃

Stopped by Best buy in a different town to see if they had an item in stock, and I noticed that a better item was cheaper than the one I wanted. Turned out that it was mistagged, and the floor staff just happened to be with us when I saw that. He took the tag off the shelf, and gave us the better item for the cheaper price. And, we didn't even ask him to do that. Got it way cheaper than expected, so we bought another item. Merry Christmas

Always have had good experiences dealing with this store. Some of the clerks look like they come from another planet, but are knowledgeable and very customer orientated and eager to help. Maybe I will have to get a Mohican haircut to fit in better with the "in" crowd! ;)

The staff are very kind and approachable. The atmosphere is quite open and welcoming. Reasonable prices and quite a few sales go on during the year. They have a large variety of electronics and appliances that can help tech out your house haha.
Overall quite a nice place to be.

The Best Buy Duncan on Vancouver Island, British Columbia is an awesome store!! The staff there really went the extra to help us out. We purchased a family iPad in the Vancouver store in December and had some problems on the road. They were able to solve our problem immediately and had us on our way. This location was excellent and had all the other things around it that made our stop easy and convenient. Thank you Best Buy Duncan!

I recently purchased a new laptop. keyboard, mouse and monitor from the gang at Best Buy in Duncan. I found everyone of their staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable with absolutely no "pressure to buy vibe". Overall the experience was excellent and a big shout out to Dayton, Deepak and Ben for all of their help.

The staff were friendly and able to help me buy a new laptop and gave me a discount. We also bought a large(75") tv from them. They delivered it very quickly. For electronics purchases in Duncan, this is definitely a good place to go. I reccomend you do your own research ahead of time.

Ben in sales was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. Great experience.

Leah - Appliance Sales was Excellent - the Washing machine is great - very quiet - the UPS delivery was right on time, very friendly, and alone maneuvered the washer up the stairs and into the house for us - Insignia 1.6 Cu. Ft. Top Load Machine - silent running and spinning - it does an excellent wash and the spin feature is fantastic - I am more than happy. Thank you Best Buy - Saturday purchase and Wednesday morning delivery...the Best Buy staff is fantastic and friendly.
