My grandfather built this home sometime late 40s or early 50s. I haven’t seen it since I was a little girl. See it still has the quality wood and stone work and the lovely charm! Would be a shame to knock it down for development. Very few homes like this left in guelph.

Very disappointed in the service I received from Remax, the Broker and Manager refused to return our deposit on a sale that fell through. It took over 1 year + for this Remax to release our deposit. Throughout the process, we received very little direction/communication from Remax. We had to go above and beyond ourselves to contact the other party to figure out the procedures, costing additional time and legal fees. If we had not taken matters into our own hands through legal action, Remax would have not returned our deposit.
Because of the horrible experience, I will never use Remax in the future, and do not recommend Remax to anyone as they are independently owned and operated.

The guy that came to appraise my ln Laws house was very out for himself. I didn’t like him as soon as he got out of his car, he was talking like we didn’t know what we were doing and made myself, my husband and brother in law feel like he just wanted his cut and boom be done with it., he wanted us to sign papers that day. We told him we would call back!! We’re not calling him back we will be looking for a next Agency
