Staff went above and beyond to trouble shoot and answer questions about a new audio system and an older tv. They even partially assembled some of the equipment to make it easier when I took it home. You won’t get this kind of service and due diligence in a big box store. Which is why we keep coming back.

I recently purchase a 2020 Lexus. The previous owner was not aware of a remote start on the vehicle. I made an appt to have a car starter installed today. Staff called me shortly after dropping off my vehicle to tell me there was already one on it and it worked no problem. They could have installed the requested unit and i would never had known. That's what good honest service is all about!

Got my subwoofer installed today, the staff was very nice and Richard did an amazing job. Recommended a new box so it last longer and sounds better, tuned it for the type of music I listen too. Very professional work and a affordable price for the full installation. Highly recommend powerline, thank you again for helping me out with my car I'm so happy and it sounds amazing. Before I even left the lot I had a smile on my face just hearing the difference!!

I don't shop for A/V equipment very often, but every time I have in the past 20+ years I've ended up at Powerline. An excellent retailer of A/V equipment and stereo equipment with knowledgeable staff and outstanding customer service. I realize I'm a bit old school about such things, but when I'm looking for a stereo I want to go somewhere where they specialize in selling such things, not a generic big box store with only a vague awareness of what they even carry. A recent desire to again have a receiver and turntable took me and this time I didn't even bother going anywhere else---just Powerline and go. They set me up with a receiver that suited my needs and were able to provide excellent options for speakers and a turntable that again made me happy in the end to give them my money. If you're after stereo or AV products, Powerline is worth your time. I love this place.

Was looking to upgrade my deck in my 2012 Honda Civic. Mike helped me find and purchase the Pioneer DMH 1770NEX and required accessories. Had everything up and running the next day. Very knowledgeable staff and lots of options depending on your budget.

I was on the hunt for a discontinued pair of headphones & contacted dozens of places and got either a No, or no response at all. Nate got back to me right away and had 1 pair left! He put them aside for me and then realized I was in Sask. He went out of his way to figure out shipping costs, packed them nicely & sent me the tracking #. They arrived & I did a happy dance. I recently needed a new TV. I called Powerline Electronics and spoke to Nate Mohr who took time to understand what I needed and answered my questions patiently. He explained exactly what he thought would be best for my needs and assured me that he would send an employee to set everything up and takie time to teach me how to operate the TV. As my husband and I are in our eighties we needed extra help. I bought the TV that Nate suggested, sight unseen, and am thrilled at the clarity and ease of use.
I can recommend Nate to everyone who especially needs help choosing electronics. And I can recommend Richard Eldridge for a perfect installation. He was extremely kind to us and made our TV experience great. Nothing bothered him, and he patiently taught me all about the TV and remotes.

Very impressed with this store! We went to purchase a record player and they had a good variety of different ones in stock that were all very high quality and comparable prices. Customer service was fantastic. Jim explained the differences between the models and what we should be looking for in a good record player. We were very happy with our purchase and our experience overall. Will definitely recommend.

I installed a flat screen TV and a new subwoofer during the pandemic. I purchased both from Powerline. I had to do the setup on my own because of the COVID restrictions. The staff were very helpful in providing guidance over the phone - but something was not quite right with the sound. I decided to add a turntable to the system this fall. Richard came out to set it up for me, and helped to re-configure the set up for the subwoofer to better match our atypical speaker and component configuration. Everything sounds so (very) much better now. Thank you to Richard for your friendly and helpful service!

We were looking for outdoor speakers for our new patio and decided to go with Powerline Electronics. Brad was friendly and very knowledgeable, and was able to fit us in quickly for a consultation. He was able to provide us with the speakers we wanted at a reasonable price. Ron did a great installation for us and he left our property the way he found it and cleaned up after himself. Both were professional and courteous. We would recommend them to both family and friends.

Purchased a TV from PowerLine with the help of Mike the associate & Richard Eldridge installed the system the same day. That’s excellent service. Richard provided a professional, detailed explanation of how the entire entertainment system works. He simplified what was a complicated previously installed system, which was causing issues with the whole setup. Richard was patient, friendly & knowledgeable. Can’t thank Richard enough for his expertise & making the process stress free.

I ordered an integrated amp from Jim at Powerline, all carried out by email
and phone. He was knowledgeable and very helpful, with never a suggestion of upselling.
Following those dialogues, Richard Eldridge came to our house to do the install. It proved to be a bit tricky, as the previous gear was connected in a somewhat complex way. Richard and Jim spoke several time over the next two hours and solved the issues.
We now have beautiful sound. Richard was exceptional in his knowledge and understanding of our needs. His demeanour was ever polite, and he is clearly enthusiastic about his work. Well done!

As always, Powerline, has a solution to my problem. Home visit was arranged promptly and Richard helped me understand my Smart TV.
